【摘要】：目的:探討肥胖類型與性激素水平的關(guān)系。方法:采用橫斷面研究,以927例中老年男性為對象,統(tǒng)一獲得其體質(zhì)量指數(shù)(BMI)、腰高比(WHt R),測定血清總睪酮(TT)、性激素結(jié)合球蛋白(SHBG),并計算游離睪酮(c FT)和生物利用性睪酮(Bio-T),分析BMI、WHt R與性激素相關(guān)性,比較不同WHt R組性激素水平,并應(yīng)用Logistic回歸分析WHt R、肥胖類型與性激素低下關(guān)聯(lián)。結(jié)果:WHt R與所有性激素指標(biāo)TT、c FT、Bio-T和SHBG呈負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.05),而BMI僅與TT、SHBG呈負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.05);與低WHt R組(WHt R≤0.5)比,高WHt R組(WHt R0.5)血清TT、c FT、Bio-T和SHBG均顯著下降(P0.05)。Logistic模型顯示,雙重肥胖組即BMI和WHt R都超標(biāo)者,TT和c FT低下風(fēng)險增加(P0.05),但僅有一般性肥胖或中心性肥胖與TT、c FT低下關(guān)聯(lián)未顯示統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:一般性肥胖和中心性肥胖共存是中老年男性血清TT、c FT低下的危險因素。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the relationship between obesity type and sex hormone level. Methods: a cross-sectional study was conducted in 927 middle-aged and aged men.
