【摘要】：目的了解遼寧省丹東市成人糖尿病患病情況及其影響因素,為有關(guān)部門防治糖尿病和實(shí)施區(qū)域衛(wèi)生規(guī)劃提供參考依據(jù)。方法使用多階段分層整群隨機(jī)抽樣方法,抽取丹東市10 267人年齡18歲以上的常住居民進(jìn)行調(diào)查,運(yùn)用多因素非條件Logistic回歸分析方法分析其影響因素。結(jié)果丹東市成人糖尿病患病率為6.9%,標(biāo)化率4.0%,其中男5.5%,標(biāo)化率3.1%,女8.2%,標(biāo)化率4.9%,女性高于男性,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。Logistic回歸分析結(jié)果表明,男性(OR=1.381)比女性有更高的患病風(fēng)險(xiǎn);35~45歲、45~55歲、55~65歲、≥65歲年齡段患病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分別是18~35歲的4.040、11.446、19.488、25.302倍;飲酒人群(OR=1.413)比不飲酒人群的患病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)高;偏愛甜咸油炸過熱食品人群(OR=1.274)的患病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)高于不偏愛人群;患有高血壓人群(OR=1.773)比不患有高血壓人群的患病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)高;鍛煉和睡眠質(zhì)量在一般以上是保護(hù)因素(P0.05)。結(jié)論丹東市糖尿病患病率高,性別、年齡、飲酒、鍛煉、睡眠質(zhì)量、偏愛甜咸油炸過熱食品、患有高血壓是糖尿病患病的重要影響因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence of adult diabetes and its influencing factors in Dandong, Liaoning Province, so as to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of diabetes and the implementation of regional health planning. Methods A multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling method was used to investigate 10 267 residents aged over 18 years old in Dandong City. The influencing factors were analyzed by multivariate conditional Logistic regression analysis. Results the prevalence rate of adult diabetes in Dandong City was 6.9 and the standardized rate was 4.0. Among them, the male was 5.5, the standardized rate was 3.1, the female was 8.2, and the standardized rate was 4.9. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that Men (OR=1.381) had a higher risk of disease than females (35 / 45 years old / 45 years old / 55 years old or 55 / 65 years old, > 65 years old) were 4.040 / 11.446 / 19.4885,302 times higher than those of non-drinkers, and the risk of drinking group (OR=1.413) was higher than that of non-drinking-drinking group (P < 0.05), and the risk was higher than that of non-drinking-drinking group (4.040 / 11.44619.48825.302). People who prefer sweet and salty fried superheated food (OR=1.274) are at higher risk than those without; people with hypertension (OR=1.773) are at higher risk than those without hypertension; exercise and sleep quality are protective factors above average (P0.05). Conclusion the prevalence of diabetes in Dandong is high, sex, age, drinking, exercise, sleep quality, preference for sweet, salty fried and overheated food, and high blood pressure are important influencing factors of diabetes.
