100μT極低頻電磁場對SD大鼠血液生化和肝腎功能的影響

【摘要】:為了明確長時間的極低頻電磁場(ELF-EMFs)暴露對SD大鼠血液生化和肝腎功能的影響,制作了1個可以穩(wěn)定產(chǎn)生均勻磁場(磁感應(yīng)強度為100μT)的裝置,并將128只SD大鼠暴露于其中,每天暴露20 h時間,共暴露12周時間,同時采用128只未接受暴露的SD大鼠作為對照。暴露期間每隔4周時間進行了SD大鼠血液生化檢測。暴露結(jié)束后,取SD大鼠的肝臟、腎臟進行了組織形態(tài)學(xué)染色和檢測。血液生化檢測結(jié)果顯示:電磁場暴露對SD大鼠肝功能(谷丙轉(zhuǎn)氨酶和谷草轉(zhuǎn)氨酶)、腎功能(血尿素氮和肌酐)、血糖、血脂(總膽固醇、總甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白和低密度脂蛋白)、血電解質(zhì)(鈣離子和鎂離子)均沒有影響。組織形態(tài)學(xué)檢測結(jié)果顯示:肝臟的蘇木素-伊紅染色提示極低頻電磁場暴露對SD大鼠的肝臟正常結(jié)構(gòu)沒有影響,炎性細胞染色結(jié)果提示暴露組SD大鼠肝臟中無明顯炎性細胞浸潤;類似地,腎臟的蘇木素-伊紅染色結(jié)果提示極低頻電磁場暴露對SD大鼠的腎臟結(jié)構(gòu)沒有影響,馬松染色結(jié)果提示暴露組SD大鼠腎臟中無明顯纖維化病變。由此可得結(jié)論:極低頻電磁場暴露對SD大鼠血液生化和肝腎功能沒有影響。
[Abstract]:In order to determine the effect of prolonged exposure to extremely low frequency electromagnetic field (ELF-EMFs) on blood biochemistry and liver and kidney function of SD rats, a device was made to produce a stable uniform magnetic field (100 渭 T), and 128 SD rats were exposed to it. The rats were exposed for 20 hours a day for 12 weeks, and 128 SD rats without exposure were used as control. The blood biochemistry of SD rats was measured every 4 weeks during exposure. After exposure, the liver and kidney of SD rats were stained with histomorphology. The results of blood biochemistry test showed that electromagnetic field exposure to SD rats liver function (alanine aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase), renal function (blood urea nitrogen and creatinine), blood glucose, blood lipids (total cholesterol, total triglyceride), High density lipoprotein (HDL) and low density lipoprotein (LDL), blood electrolytes (calcium ion and magnesium ion) have no effect. The results of histomorphology showed that the hematoxylin-eosin staining of the liver showed that the very low frequency electromagnetic field exposure had no effect on the normal structure of the liver in SD rats. The results of inflammatory cell staining showed that there was no obvious inflammatory cell infiltration in the liver of SD rats in the exposed group, and similarly, the hematoxylin-eosin staining in the kidney showed that very low frequency electromagnetic field exposure had no effect on the renal structure of SD rats. The results of Ma Song staining showed that there was no obvious fibrosis in the kidney of SD rats in exposed group. It is concluded that very low frequency electromagnetic field exposure has no effect on blood biochemistry and liver and kidney function of SD rats.
