【摘要】：目的:觀察應(yīng)用鮭魚降鈣素聯(lián)合補(bǔ)腎宣肺湯治療COPD患者骨質(zhì)疏松的臨床療效。方法:選取骨質(zhì)疏松癥患者60例,隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和觀察組,各30例。對(duì)照組采用補(bǔ)鈣基礎(chǔ)治療加用鮭魚降鈣素;觀察組在對(duì)照組治療基礎(chǔ)上加服補(bǔ)腎宣肺湯治療,療程結(jié)束后對(duì)兩組骨痛程度、骨密度、血鈣等生化項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果:觀察組患者骨痛程度、骨密度、血鈣等改善均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,兩者比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:應(yīng)用鮭魚降鈣素聯(lián)合補(bǔ)腎宣肺湯治療COPD患者骨質(zhì)疏松療效明顯。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Salmon calcitonin combined with Bushen Xuanfei decoction on osteoporosis in patients with COPD. Methods: 60 patients with osteoporosis were randomly divided into control group (n = 30) and observation group (n = 30). The control group was treated with calcium supplementation plus salmon calcitonin, and the observation group was treated with Bushen Xuanfei decoction on the basis of control group. After the course of treatment, the degree of bone pain, bone mineral density, blood calcium and other biochemical items were compared between the two groups. Results: the improvement of bone pain, bone mineral density and blood calcium in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: the effect of Salmon calcitonin combined with Bushen Xuanfei decoction on osteoporosis in COPD patients is obvious.
