【摘要】：目的為全面了解吉林省碘缺乏病病情變化趨勢,掌握重點人群碘營養(yǎng)水平,為吉林省碘缺乏病防治工作提供科學(xué)依據(jù),并對已采取的防治措施效果進行評價。方法采取人口比例概率抽樣方法在吉林省隨機抽取30個抽樣單位所在的縣(市、區(qū)),從上述方法抽到的每個縣(市、區(qū))中選取1所小學(xué);在被抽到的小學(xué)中隨機抽取50名8-10歲學(xué)生,用B超法檢測其甲狀腺大小,留尿并采集其家中食用鹽,測定尿及鹽中碘含量;同時,選擇1個鄉(xiāng)(鎮(zhèn)、街道辦事處),每個鄉(xiāng)(鎮(zhèn)、街道辦事處)抽取孕婦20名檢測尿碘。結(jié)果 8-10兒童B超檢測甲腫率為1.41%,尿碘值中位數(shù)為157.70μg/L;居民戶碘鹽合格率85.13%,合格碘鹽食用率70.74%;孕婦尿碘值中位數(shù)為146.50μg/L。結(jié)論通過食鹽加碘為主的防治碘缺乏病綜合措施的落實,我省碘缺乏病病情得到有效控制,經(jīng)過2012年碘鹽濃度調(diào)整,8-10歲兒童甲狀腺腫大率及尿碘值均達到國家消除碘缺乏病標準。說明居民碘營養(yǎng)水平是適宜的,但也應(yīng)注意孕婦等特需人群碘營養(yǎng)水平有待提高以及可能存在非碘鹽沖擊市場影響消除碘缺乏病的因素存在。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the trend of iodine deficiency disorders (IDD) in Jilin province, to grasp the iodine nutrition level of key population, to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of IDD in Jilin Province, and to evaluate the effect of the measures taken. Methods the population proportion probability sampling method was used to randomly select 30 counties (cities and districts) in Jilin Province, and one primary school was selected from each county (city, district) drawn by the above method. Fifty students aged 8 to 10 years were randomly selected from the primary school. The size of thyroid gland was measured by B ultrasonic method, the size of thyroid gland was measured, the urine and salt were collected, and the iodine content in urine and salt was measured. At the same time, one township (town, street office) was selected, each township (town, town). Twenty pregnant women were tested for urine iodine. Results the rate of goiter was 1.41, the median value of urinary iodine was 157.70 渭 g / L, the qualified rate of iodized salt was 85.13, the consumption rate of qualified iodized salt was 70.74 and the median of urine iodine value of pregnant women was 146.50 渭 g / L. Conclusion through the implementation of the comprehensive measures to prevent and cure iodine deficiency disorders, the condition of iodine deficiency disorders in our province can be effectively controlled. After iodized salt concentration adjustment in 2012, the goiter rate and urinary iodine value of children aged 8 to 10 years reached the national standard for eliminating iodine deficiency disorders. It is suggested that the iodine nutrition level of residents is appropriate, but it should also be noted that the iodine nutrition level of the special needs population such as pregnant women needs to be improved, and that there may be some factors affecting the elimination of iodine deficiency disorders caused by the impact of non-iodized salt on the market.
