【摘要】：糖尿病患者是腫瘤的高發(fā)人群,盡早篩查及防治意義重要。腫瘤標(biāo)志物在臨床上廣泛用于腫瘤的篩查、診斷和鑒別診斷,但血糖異常人群的血清腫瘤標(biāo)志物水平較正常人群有所變化。因此,明確糖代謝異常與腫瘤標(biāo)志物間的關(guān)聯(lián)及其機制、確定糖尿病人群腫瘤標(biāo)志物的異常切點等極為重要。
[Abstract]:Diabetes is a high incidence of cancer population, early screening and prevention and treatment is important. Tumor markers are widely used in clinical screening, diagnosis and differential diagnosis of tumors, but the serum tumor markers in patients with abnormal blood glucose are different from those in normal people. Therefore, it is very important to clarify the relationship and mechanism between abnormal glucose metabolism and tumor markers, and to determine the abnormal cut point of tumor markers in diabetes mellitus.
