【摘要】：目的評(píng)估2型糖尿病患者血清脂聯(lián)素和血清內(nèi)脂素水平與糖尿病腎病間的相關(guān)性。方法 2型糖尿病患者96例,根據(jù)尿蛋白及尿微量白蛋白的水平分為單純糖尿病組(36例)和糖尿病腎病組(60例)。同時(shí),以同期行常規(guī)體檢的健康者30例為對(duì)照組。分析和比較各組受試者的血清脂聯(lián)素和內(nèi)脂素水平,篩選可用于預(yù)測(cè)2型糖尿病腎病發(fā)生的血清標(biāo)記物。結(jié)果糖尿病患者的血清脂聯(lián)素均明顯低于對(duì)照組,血清內(nèi)脂素水平均明顯高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。而且,糖尿病腎病組血清脂聯(lián)素和內(nèi)脂素水平均明顯高于單純糖尿病組(P0.05)。進(jìn)一步多因素Logistic回歸分析顯示,血清內(nèi)脂素是2型糖尿病患者發(fā)生糖尿病腎病的獨(dú)立危險(xiǎn)因素。結(jié)論血清脂聯(lián)素水平降低和血清內(nèi)脂素水平升高與2型糖尿病腎病的發(fā)生密切相關(guān),血清內(nèi)脂素水平升高可能預(yù)示2型糖尿病患者糖尿病腎病的發(fā)生或加重。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the relationship between serum adiponectin and serum adiponectin levels and diabetic nephropathy in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 96 patients with type 2 diabetes were divided into simple diabetes group (36 cases) and diabetic nephropathy group (60 cases). At the same time, 30 healthy subjects who underwent routine physical examination at the same time were taken as the control group. Serum adiponectin and endogenous adiponectin levels were analyzed and compared to screen serum markers for predicting the occurrence of type 2 diabetic nephropathy. Results Serum adiponectin levels and serum adiponectin levels in diabetic patients were significantly lower than those in control group (P0.05). Moreover, the levels of adiponectin and endogenous adiponectin in diabetic nephropathy group were significantly higher than those in simple diabetic group (P0.05). Further multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that serum lipopolysaccharide was an independent risk factor for diabetic nephropathy in type 2 diabetic patients. Conclusion the decrease of serum adiponectin level and the increase of serum adiponectin level are closely related to the occurrence of type 2 diabetic nephropathy. The increase of serum adiponectin level may indicate the occurrence or aggravation of diabetic nephropathy in type 2 diabetic patients.
