【摘要】：目的:了解江西省未成年HIV感染者/AIDS患者生存質(zhì)量及社會(huì)支持的情況,分析其生存質(zhì)量和社會(huì)支持的可能影響因素,同時(shí)分析江西省未成年HIV感染者/AIDS患者生存質(zhì)量和社會(huì)支持之間的相互關(guān)系,為制定相關(guān)政策、有針對(duì)性地開(kāi)展健康宣教和干預(yù)項(xiàng)目提供事實(shí)依據(jù)。方法:本研究為橫斷面調(diào)查,將江西省未成年HIV感染者/AIDS患者列為研究對(duì)象,運(yùn)用流行病學(xué)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)查方法來(lái)收集資料。采用自編問(wèn)卷收集可能影響生存質(zhì)量和社會(huì)支持現(xiàn)狀的人口學(xué)信息。用中文版WHOQOL-HIV BREF量表和肖水源編制的社會(huì)支持評(píng)定量表對(duì)江西省未成年HIV感染者/AIDS患者生存質(zhì)量和社會(huì)支持現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查。利用Epidate3.0創(chuàng)建數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)并進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)的錄入,運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件SPSS20.0進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析。用t檢驗(yàn)、方差分析、多元線性回歸模型等對(duì)調(diào)查結(jié)果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果:對(duì)江西省77名未成年HIV感染者/AIDS患者開(kāi)展調(diào)查,生存質(zhì)量總分為(76.45±11.27)分,六個(gè)領(lǐng)域得分從高到低依次為:獨(dú)立性領(lǐng)域(13.76±2.47)分、生理領(lǐng)域(13.56±2.44)分、心理領(lǐng)域(12.94±2.05)分、環(huán)境領(lǐng)域(12.20±2.00)分、精神支柱/宗教/個(gè)人信仰領(lǐng)域(12.03±3.71)分和社會(huì)關(guān)系領(lǐng)域(11.96±1.90)分。社會(huì)支持總分為(27.71±5.95)分,主觀支持(14.12±3.99)分、客觀支持(6.82±1.82)分和對(duì)支持的利用度(6.78±2.15)分。家庭人均收入是生存質(zhì)量總分和對(duì)支持利用度得分的影響因素(P0.05)。主觀支持得分、對(duì)支持利用度得分、社會(huì)支持情況總得分與生存質(zhì)量各維度的得分均呈正相關(guān)(P0.05)。結(jié)論:江西省未成年HIV感染者/AIDS患者生存質(zhì)量得分和社會(huì)支持得分較低,為他們提供良好的社會(huì)支持對(duì)生存質(zhì)量的提高有積極意義。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the quality of life (QOL) and social support of adolescent HIV / AIDS patients in Jiangxi Province, and to analyze the possible influencing factors of their quality of life and social support. At the same time, the relationship between the quality of life and social support of adolescent HIV / AIDS patients in Jiangxi Province was analyzed to provide a factual basis for making relevant policies and carrying out health education and intervention projects. Methods: a cross-sectional investigation was carried out in Jiangxi Province, in which adolescent HIV / AIDS patients were selected as subjects, and the data were collected by epidemiological field investigation. A self-designed questionnaire was used to collect demographic information that might affect the quality of life and the status of social support. The quality of life (QOL) and social support status of adolescent HIV / AIDS patients in Jiangxi Province were investigated by using the Chinese version of the WHOQOL-HIV BREF scale and the social support rating scale developed by Xiao Shui. Epidate3.0 is used to create database and input data, and statistical software SPSS20.0 is used for data analysis. T test, ANOVA and multivariate linear regression model were used to analyze the results. Results: the total quality of life (QOL) was 76.45 鹵11.27 in 77 adolescent patients with HIV in Jiangxi province. The scores in six fields were (13.76 鹵2.47) in independence, (13.56 鹵2.44) in physiology, (12.94 鹵2.05) in psychological, (12.20 鹵2.00) in environment, and (13.76 鹵2.47) in physical, psychological and environmental fields respectively, and the scores in six fields were: (13.76 鹵2.47), (13.56 鹵2.44), (12.94 鹵2.05) and (12.20 鹵2.00), respectively. The scores of spiritual pillar / religion / individual belief field (12.03 鹵3.71) and social relationship field (11.96 鹵1.90) were (12.03 鹵3.71) and (11.96 鹵1.90), respectively. The total score of social support was (27.71 鹵5.95), subjective support (14.12 鹵3.99), objective support (6.82 鹵1.82) and utilization of support (6.78 鹵2.15). Family per capita income was the influencing factor of total quality of life score and support utilization score (P0.05). The score of subjective support, the score of support utilization, the total score of social support and the scores of each dimension of quality of life were positively correlated (P0.05). Conclusion: the scores of quality of life and social support of adolescent patients with HIV in Jiangxi Province are low. It is of positive significance to improve the quality of life by providing them with good social support.
