【摘要】：正該文探討卡托普利試驗(yàn)(captopril challenge test,CCT)在原發(fā)性醛固酮增多癥(primary aldosteronism,PA)診斷中的意義。方法:分析2000-2015年在北京協(xié)和醫(yī)院內(nèi)分泌科診治的高血壓患者674(男341、女333)例的臨床資料患者,年齡(45.0±13.7)歲,其中原發(fā)性高血壓222例、嗜鉻細(xì)胞瘤28例、特發(fā)性醛固酮增多癥246例及醛固酮分泌瘤178例。所有受試對(duì)象均行CCT,部分患者并在試驗(yàn)前日留取24h尿鈉。結(jié)果:PA組在CCT前后的血漿腎素活性
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to investigate the significance of captopril test (captopril challenge testCCT) in the diagnosis of primary aldosteronismPA. Methods: the clinical data of 674 patients (45.0 鹵13.7 years old) with essential hypertension and pheochromocytoma were analyzed in the Department of Endocrinology, Peking Union Hospital from 2000 to 2015, including 222 cases of essential hypertension and 28 cases of pheochromocytoma. There were 246 cases of idiopathic aldosteronism and 178 cases of aldosterone secretory tumor. All subjects were given CCT, and some patients received 24 h urinary sodium on the day before the trial.
