【摘要】：目的觀察痛風(fēng)石患者圍手術(shù)期應(yīng)用藥物治療的有效性,尋求提高切口愈合率,減少術(shù)后并發(fā)癥的方法。方法回顧性分析右江民族醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬醫(yī)院2010年1月-2015年6月明確診斷痛風(fēng)石病例73例。全部患者均采用手術(shù)清除痛風(fēng)石,按圍手術(shù)期藥物治療方法不同,分為糖皮質(zhì)激素組、秋水仙堿組和抗生素組。觀察術(shù)后發(fā)熱率、胃腸道反應(yīng)率及術(shù)后2周切口愈合率,并進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果糖皮質(zhì)激素組疼痛緩解率明顯、胃腸道反應(yīng)率低,糖皮質(zhì)激素組切口愈合率95%。結(jié)論痛風(fēng)石圍手術(shù)期合理應(yīng)用糖皮質(zhì)激素,可有效抑制痛風(fēng)發(fā)作,促進(jìn)切口愈合,緩解發(fā)熱等全身癥狀及胃腸道反應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the efficacy of perioperative drug therapy in patients with gout stone, to improve the rate of wound healing and to reduce postoperative complications. Methods from January 2010 to June 2015, 73 cases of gout stone in affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical College for nationalities were analyzed retrospectively. All patients were treated with surgical removal of gout stone. According to the perioperative drug therapy, they were divided into glucocorticoid group, colchicine group and antibiotic group. Febrile rate, gastrointestinal reaction rate and wound healing rate 2 weeks after operation were observed and compared. Results the pain relief rate of glucocorticoid group was obvious, the gastrointestinal tract reaction rate was low, and the wound healing rate of glucocorticoid group was 95%. Conclusion the reasonable use of glucocorticoid in the perioperative period of gout stone can effectively inhibit the attack of gout, promote the healing of incision and relieve the general symptoms such as fever and gastrointestinal reaction.
