【摘要】：隨著社會老齡化的加重,骨質(zhì)疏松癥引起了越來越多人群的重視,其導(dǎo)致的骨折不僅增加老人病殘率和病死率,也加重了家庭和社會的經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)。通過檢索相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),本文將從傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)學(xué)對骨質(zhì)疏松癥的認(rèn)識、運(yùn)動療法防治原發(fā)性骨質(zhì)疏松的機(jī)制、運(yùn)動方式對骨質(zhì)疏松癥的影響三方面進(jìn)行綜述,為臨床應(yīng)用運(yùn)動療法防治原發(fā)性骨質(zhì)疏松癥提供理論支持。
[Abstract]:With the aggravation of aging society, osteoporosis has attracted more and more people's attention. The fracture caused by osteoporosis not only increases the rate of disability and mortality of the elderly, but also increases the economic burden of family and society. By searching the relevant literature, this paper reviews the understanding of osteoporosis in traditional medicine, the mechanism of exercise therapy in preventing and treating primary osteoporosis, and the effect of exercise mode on osteoporosis. To provide theoretical support for the clinical application of exercise therapy in the prevention and treatment of primary osteoporosis.
