【摘要】：干細胞是一種未分化的較原始的細胞。在特定條件下,它們能夠自我更新和多向分化。糖尿病是以慢性高血糖為主要特征的一類代謝性疾病。雖然胰島移植是一種有效的治療手段,但因供體不足而不能進行臨床推廣。面對這種困境,利用干細胞多向分化特性,誘導其分化成胰島素分泌細胞可能會成為一種新的治療手段。文章就干細胞定向誘導分化為胰島素分泌細胞的研究進行分析和論述。
[Abstract]:Stem cells are undifferentiated, more primitive cells. Under certain conditions, they are capable of self-renewal and multi-differentiation. Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disease characterized by chronic hyperglycemia. Although islet transplantation is an effective treatment, it can not be popularized because of donor shortage. In the face of this dilemma, inducing stem cells to differentiate into insulin-secreting cells may become a new therapeutic method. In this paper, the research on the differentiation of stem cells into insulin secretory cells was analyzed and discussed.
