糖尿病患者血漿減少α-突觸核蛋白的磷酸化和寡聚化

【摘要】:目的研究2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes,T2D)患者血漿對α-突觸核蛋白(α-synuclein,α-Syn)磷酸化和寡聚化聚集的影響。方法收集首都醫(yī)科大學宣武醫(yī)院內(nèi)分泌科T2D住院患者70例,另收集年齡和性別與之匹配的健康志愿者70例作為對照組。采集抗凝血,并分離血漿。將基因重組人α-Syn在患者和對照志愿者血漿中振蕩孵育,ELISA法檢測各組人群血漿中寡聚化和磷酸化α-Syn形成量。結(jié)果 T2D患者血漿中寡聚化和磷酸化α-Syn形成量較對照組均有顯著降低(P0.05),且其與年齡有相關(guān)性。結(jié)論 T2D患者血漿以年齡依賴的方式減少寡聚化和磷酸化α-Syn的形成。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of plasma on 偽 -synuclein (偽 -Syn) phosphorylation and oligomerization in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (type 2 diabetic T2D). Methods 70 T2D inpatients from Department of Endocrinology, Xuanwu Hospital, Capital Medical University, and 70 healthy volunteers matched by age and sex were collected as control group. Anticoagulant blood was collected and plasma was isolated. Oligomerization and phosphorylation of 偽 -Syn in the plasma of patients and control volunteers were detected by Elisa. Results the plasma oligomerization and phosphorylation of 偽 -Syn in T2D patients were significantly lower than those in the control group (P0.05), and there was a correlation between the formation of 偽 -Syn and age. Conclusion the plasma of T 2 D patients reduces the formation of oligomerization and phosphorylation of 偽-Syn in an age-dependent manner.
