【摘要】：目的了解甘肅東鄉(xiāng)族中老年居民血清總膽固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇(HDLC)、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(LDLC)的水平及異常發(fā)生率。方法采用分層整群隨機(jī)抽樣方法,對(duì)甘肅東鄉(xiāng)縣348例40歲以上居民進(jìn)行了問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、體格檢查。同時(shí)采取血樣,對(duì)血脂、血糖水平進(jìn)行檢測(cè)。結(jié)果東鄉(xiāng)縣地區(qū)的東鄉(xiāng)族和漢族人群糖尿病發(fā)生率和血脂水平、血糖水平、收縮壓(SBP)、舒張壓(DBP)及體重指數(shù)(BMI)平均值均存在顯著差異(P0.05)。對(duì)導(dǎo)致血脂異常的因素進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)果顯示血壓水平、血糖水平以及民族因素與血脂異常的發(fā)生有關(guān)。按年齡分層分析,漢族中年居民LDL-C、TC、TG異常發(fā)生率顯著高于老年居民(P0.05);東鄉(xiāng)族老年居民LDL-C、TG異常發(fā)生率明顯高于中年居民(P0.05)。血脂異常和心血管疾病關(guān)系分析發(fā)現(xiàn),血脂異常與高血壓和糖尿病的發(fā)生顯著相關(guān)(P0.05)。結(jié)論甘肅東鄉(xiāng)縣東鄉(xiāng)族中老年居民血脂異常發(fā)生率處于較高水平,為提高中老年居民健康水平,應(yīng)加大健康知識(shí)的普及和對(duì)中老年居民的健康檢測(cè)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the levels of serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDLC) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDLC) in Dongxiang residents of Gansu province. Methods A total of 348 residents over 40 years old in Dongxiang County of Gansu Province were investigated by stratified cluster random sampling. At the same time, blood samples were taken to detect blood lipids and blood glucose levels. Results there were significant differences in the incidence of diabetes, blood lipid level, blood glucose level, systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP) and body mass index (BMI) between Dongxiang and Han people (P0.05). The results showed that blood pressure level, blood glucose level and ethnic factors were related to the occurrence of dyslipidemia. According to the analysis of age stratification, the incidence of abnormal TG in middle aged population of Han nationality was significantly higher than that in elderly residents (P0.05), and the incidence of abnormal TG in elderly residents of Dongxiang was significantly higher than that in middle-aged residents (P0.05). Analysis of the relationship between dyslipidemia and cardiovascular disease found that dyslipidemia was significantly associated with the occurrence of hypertension and diabetes (P0.05). Conclusion the incidence of dyslipidemia in the middle and aged residents of Dongxiang County in Gansu Province is at a high level. In order to improve the health level of the middle-aged and elderly residents, we should increase the popularization of health knowledge and health detection of the middle-aged and elderly residents.
