【摘要】：目的了解張掖市大學(xué)生艾滋病知行情況,為有效預(yù)防和控制高校艾滋病的流行提供依據(jù)。方法 2010-2015年,對(duì)張掖市某高校大學(xué)生按照國(guó)家監(jiān)測(cè)方案要求進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,將數(shù)據(jù)錄入Excel表格,采用SPSS15.0進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果 2010-2015年共監(jiān)測(cè)4 838人;艾滋病防治知識(shí)知曉率為88.63%,呈逐年上升趨勢(shì)(P0.05);在8個(gè)相關(guān)問(wèn)題中知曉率最低的為77.20%,最高的達(dá)98.78%;5.46%的學(xué)生有性經(jīng)歷,安全套使用率為28.41%,HIV抗體檢測(cè)比例較低,但呈逐年升高趨勢(shì)(P0.05)。結(jié)論大學(xué)生艾滋病相關(guān)知識(shí)認(rèn)知尚可,對(duì)艾滋病傳播途徑缺乏系統(tǒng)的了解,存在危險(xiǎn)性行為。今后需進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生艾滋病防治知識(shí)的宣傳教育工作,不斷擴(kuò)大高危行為干預(yù)和監(jiān)測(cè)覆蓋面。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the knowledge and practice of AIDS among college students in Zhangye City, and to provide evidence for the prevention and control of AIDS epidemic in colleges and universities. Methods from 2010 to 2015, the college students in a certain university in Zhangye City were investigated with a questionnaire according to the requirements of the national monitoring scheme. The data were recorded in Excel form and analyzed statistically by SPSS 15.0. Results from 2010 to 2015, a total of 4,838 people were monitored; the awareness rate of AIDS prevention and control knowledge was 88.63, which showed an increasing trend year by year (P0.05); the lowest awareness rate of the eight related questions was 77.20 and the highest was 98.785.46% of the students with sexual experience. Condom use rate was 28.41% and HIV antibody detection rate was lower, but increased year by year (P0.05). Conclusion College students have a good knowledge of AIDS, lack a systematic understanding of the transmission of AIDS, and risk behavior. In the future, it is necessary to further strengthen the propaganda and education of AIDS prevention and control knowledge of college students, and continuously expand the coverage of high risk behavior intervention and surveillance.
