【摘要】：目的探討2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血糖控制情況、血管病變、神經(jīng)病變等與執(zhí)行功能(EF)的相關(guān)性。方法選取T2DM患者280例,采用EF缺陷綜合征的行為學(xué)評價(jià)測驗(yàn)(BADS)對患者進(jìn)行EF指標(biāo)的測量。結(jié)果糖化血紅蛋白(Hb A1c)控制情況與規(guī)則轉(zhuǎn)換、動作計(jì)劃、找鑰匙、動物園路線、總分相關(guān)(P0.05);并發(fā)癥與動物園路線、修訂六元素、總分相關(guān)(P0.05);大血管病變與規(guī)則轉(zhuǎn)換、動作計(jì)劃、動物園路線、總分相關(guān);微血管病變與動物園路線、總分相關(guān);神經(jīng)病變與規(guī)則轉(zhuǎn)換、動物園路線、修訂六元素、總分相關(guān)(均P0.05)。結(jié)論 Hb A1c控制情況及并發(fā)癥情況均影響T2DM患者的EF。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the correlation between blood glucose control, vascular lesions, neuropathy and executive function (EF) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods 280 cases of T2DM patients were selected, and the behavior evaluation test (BADS) of EF deficiency syndrome (BADS) was used to measure the patients' EF index. Results the control of glycosylated hemoglobin (Hb A1c) and the regulation of the rules and movements were carried out. Plan, find the key, zoo route, total score related (P0.05); complications and zoo route, revised six elements, total score correlation (P0.05); large vascular lesions and rule conversion, action plan, zoo route, total score related; microvascular disease and zoo route, total score; neuropathy and rule conversion, zoo route, revised six elements, Total scores were correlated (all P0.05). Conclusion Hb A1c control and complications all affect EF. in T2DM patients.
