【摘要】：目的檢測(cè)多發(fā)性骨髓瘤(MM)("免疫過度受抑"疾病)與系統(tǒng)性紅斑狼瘡(SLE)("免疫過度激活"疾病)患者血漿白細(xì)胞介素-2(IL-2)、腫瘤壞死因子-α(TNF-α)水平,并對(duì)結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析。方法 SLE、MM患者和健康對(duì)照均于清晨空腹抽取靜脈血3 ml,酶聯(lián)免疫法測(cè)定血漿IL-2、TNF-α水平。結(jié)果與對(duì)照者比較,MM患者、SLE患者血漿IL-2水平差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;MM患者TNF-α水平顯著低于對(duì)照者(P0.05),SLE患者TNF-α水平顯著高于對(duì)照者(P0.05)。MM患者血漿IL-2、TNF-α水平顯著低于SLE患者(P=0.01,P0.01)。年齡55歲組MM患者血漿IL-2、TNF-α均顯著高于≥55歲組(P0.01,P=0.03);腎功能不全MM患者血漿IL-2水平顯著高于腎功能正常MM患者(P=0.01)。有與無首診盤形紅斑的SLE患者之間,其血漿IL-2、TNF-α水平差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.02,P=0.02)。結(jié)論TNF-α在體內(nèi)微環(huán)境的生理失衡是MM患者的"免疫過度受抑"與SLE患者"免疫異常激活"的原因之一,IL-2的影響作用則有待進(jìn)一步深入。
[Abstract]:Objective to detect the levels of interleukin-2 (IL-2) and tumor necrosis factor- 偽 (TNF- 偽) in patients with multiple myeloma (MM) and systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Methods Plasma IL-2TNF- 偽 levels were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa). Results there was no significant difference in plasma IL-2 levels between patients with SLE and controls. The level of TNF- 偽 in patients with MM was significantly lower than that in controls (P0.05). The level of TNF- 偽 in patients with MM was significantly lower than that in patients with SLE (P0.05). The level of TNF- 偽 in patients with MM was significantly lower than that in patients with SLE (P0.01).
