【摘要】：正患者男,28歲,體檢發(fā)現(xiàn)右側(cè)腎上腺腫塊。超聲:右側(cè)腎上極可見一形態(tài)規(guī)則、邊界清晰、內(nèi)部回聲均勻的低回聲腫塊,周邊探及少量血流信號(hào),局部腎竇分離約1.0 cm(圖1A)。CT:右側(cè)腎上腺區(qū)可見一橢圓形囊性密度影,囊壁"蛋殼樣"鈣化,囊內(nèi)見斑片狀脂肪密度影,增強(qiáng)后未見強(qiáng)化,右腎呈受壓性改變(圖1B、1C)。影像診斷:畸胎瘤�；颊咝懈骨荤R下腎上腺腫塊
[Abstract]:A 28-year-old patient with a right adrenal mass was found by physical examination. Ultrasound: there was a regular shape in the upper pole of the right kidney, a hypoechoic mass with clear boundary and homogenous internal echo, a small amount of blood flow around the circumference, and about 1.0 cm (Fig. 1A) .CT. the right adrenal gland showed an elliptical cystic density shadow in the right adrenal region. Cystic wall "eggshell" calcification, plaque fat density in the capsule, no enhancement after enhancement, the right kidney showed compressive changes (Fig. 1 BU 1C). Imaging diagnosis: teratoma.
