【摘要】：正患者,男,43歲,因進(jìn)行性雙下肢無(wú)力12年于2015年5月22日收住我院神經(jīng)內(nèi)科�；颊哂�12年前跑步時(shí)自覺(jué)有雙下肢沉重感,休息后可好轉(zhuǎn),行走時(shí)無(wú)異常,雙上肢活動(dòng)正常,以后雙下肢無(wú)力癥狀逐漸加重,行走困難,伴有肢體僵硬感,晨起時(shí)較明顯,活動(dòng)后稍好轉(zhuǎn),曾在外院診斷為"運(yùn)動(dòng)神經(jīng)元病?",予以改善循環(huán)、營(yíng)養(yǎng)神經(jīng)等治療,癥狀無(wú)明顯改善,肢體無(wú)力仍有加重�；颊�15年來(lái)皮膚顏色逐漸變黑加深,有性功能減退多
[Abstract]:The patient, 43 years old, was admitted to the Department of Neurology on May 22, 2015, due to progressive lower limb weakness for 12 years. When the patient was running 12 years ago, he had a heavy feeling of lower limbs, which could be improved after rest, no abnormal walking, normal movement of both upper limbs, gradually aggravated symptoms of weakness of both legs, difficulty in walking, accompanied by a sense of stiffness in the limbs, and became more obvious in the morning. After exercise, he was diagnosed as "motor neuron disease?" in the hospital. He was treated with improved circulation and nutritional nerve. The symptoms were not obviously improved, and limb weakness was still aggravated. Over the past 15 years, the skin color of the patient has gradually darkened, and the sexual function of the patient has decreased.
