【摘要】：目的了解四川大學(xué)低年級非醫(yī)學(xué)類本科生對糖尿病的認(rèn)知程度,為降低糖尿病發(fā)病率提供科學(xué)依據(jù)和思路。方法利用整群隨機抽樣法,采用自行設(shè)計的糖尿病認(rèn)知程度調(diào)查問卷,對四川大學(xué)475名一、二年級本科生進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果被調(diào)查者糖尿病基本知識、患病風(fēng)險、預(yù)防和治療手段的認(rèn)知情況較差,不知道任何糖尿病典型臨床表現(xiàn)(38.95%)、預(yù)防手段(49.26%)和治療手段(36.42%)的學(xué)生多。被調(diào)查者最喜歡的宣傳方式為"公益廣告"(45.47%)。結(jié)論低年級非醫(yī)學(xué)類大學(xué)生對糖尿病認(rèn)知不足。高校及社會應(yīng)轉(zhuǎn)變對糖尿病相關(guān)知識的宣傳方式,加強宣傳力度,提升對糖尿病的認(rèn)知情況。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the cognition of diabetes among junior non-medical undergraduates in Sichuan University, and to provide scientific basis and ideas for reducing the incidence of diabetes. Methods 475 freshmen and sophomores of Sichuan University were investigated by cluster random sampling and self-designed diabetes cognitive scale. Results the basic knowledge of diabetes, the risk of diabetes, the prevention and treatment of diabetes were poor. Most of the students did not know any typical clinical manifestations of diabetes (38.95%), prevention (49.26%) and treatment (36.42%). Their favorite way of propaganda was "public service advertisement" (45.47%). Conclusion the low-grade non-medical college students do not know enough about diabetes mellitus. Colleges and universities and society should change the way of publicizing diabetes related knowledge, strengthen propaganda, and improve the cognition of diabetes.
