基于多水平模型的2型糖尿病影響因素分析

【摘要】:目的以2型糖尿病為例,探討具有層次聚集性變量的多水平模型的構(gòu)建。方法用2015年蚌埠市龍子湖區(qū)慢性非傳染性疾病調(diào)查中的2型糖尿病相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)作為研究案例,采用R 3.3.1軟件對2型糖尿病的影響因素進行單水平和多水平Logistic回歸分析。結(jié)果單水平Logistic回歸和多水平Logistic回歸分析篩選的影響因素不完全一致,主要有年齡、糖尿病家族史、高血壓病史、水果攝入頻率、糖化血紅蛋白和體質(zhì)指數(shù)(body mass index,BMI)。非超重(BMI≤23.9 kg/m~2)與超重(BMI≥24.0 kg/m~2)在單水平Logistic回歸中有差異(均有P0.05),在多水平Logistic回歸中顯示無差異(均有P0.05)。赤池信息準(zhǔn)則(akaike information criterion,AIC)在單水平和多水平Logistic回歸模型的值分別為1 550.2和1 535.3。結(jié)論單水平與多水平Logistic回歸模型所得出的結(jié)論并不完全一致,多水平模型在具有層次聚集性的數(shù)據(jù)分析中更具有優(yōu)勢。基于2型糖尿病的層次聚集性,應(yīng)該以社區(qū)服務(wù)站為基礎(chǔ)開展2型糖尿病的防控工作。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the construction of multi-level model with hierarchical aggregation variables in type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods the data of type 2 diabetes mellitus in the Longzihu District of Bengbu City in 2015 were used as a case study. The single and multilevel logistic regression analysis was carried out on the influencing factors of type 2 diabetes by R3.3.1 software. Results the influencing factors of single level logistic regression and multilevel logistic regression analysis were different.
