【摘要】：目的驗(yàn)證2012年鹽碘濃度下調(diào)的正確性。方法鹽碘濃度下調(diào)前(2011)與后2年(2014),每個(gè)區(qū)縣按東、西、南、北、中5個(gè)方位各隨機(jī)抽取1個(gè)鎮(zhèn)(街道)的4個(gè)村或居委會,分別采集15戶居民食鹽,定量檢測鹽碘;以"PPS"抽樣法抽取全市30個(gè)單位所在區(qū)縣,再抽取1所小學(xué)40-50名8-10歲兒童,男女各半,年齡均衡,采集兒童尿液和家庭食用鹽檢測碘含量,用B超法檢查兒童甲狀腺;頻率指標(biāo)和中位數(shù)用χ~2檢驗(yàn)、鹽碘含量用t檢驗(yàn)作統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析,P0.05為有顯著性差異。結(jié)果居民戶和兒童家庭碘鹽覆蓋率2011年為99.6%和99.7%,2014年為99.6%和98.8%,居民戶相同,兒童家庭變化顯著(χ~2=6.093.84,P0.05),鹽碘平均含量2011年為31.7mg/kg和30.5mg/kg,2014年為26.7mg/kg和26.2mg/kg,顯著減少5mg/kg和4.3mg/kg(t=70.11、19.502.58,P0.01);兒童尿碘中位數(shù)2011年為254.1μg/L,2014年為222.7μg/L,顯著下降31.4μg/L(χ~2=23.456.63,P0.01),2011年和2014年尿碘頻數(shù)50μg/L、50μg/L-、100μg/L-、200μg/L-和≥300μg/L比例分別為2.4%和2.9%、6.9%和8.3%、23.3%和30.8%、30.9%和30.7%、36.5%和27.3%,100μg/L-組顯著上升,≥300μg/L組顯著下降(χ~2=20.45、28.396.63,P0.01),其他無顯著變化(χ~2均3.84,P0.05);兒童甲狀腺腫大率2011年為5.5%,2014年為3.2%,顯著下降41.8%(χ~2=8.796.63,P0.01)。結(jié)論 2012年重慶市食鹽加碘濃度由2011年的35mg/kg下調(diào)至30mg/kg后,兒童尿碘中位數(shù)由254.1μg/L降至222.7μg/L,甲狀腺腫大率由5.5%降至3.2%,一般人群碘營養(yǎng)趨于適宜狀態(tài),證明2012年的鹽碘濃度下調(diào)是正確的。
[Abstract]:Objective to verify the accuracy of salt iodine concentration down-regulation in 2012. Methods before (2011) and after 2 years (2014), salt iodine concentrations were randomly selected from 4 villages or neighborhood committees of one town (street) in each district and county. Salt iodine was measured quantitatively in 15 households. 30 units in the whole city were sampled by "PPS" sampling method, and 40 to 50 children aged 8 to 10 years old, half male and half male, were selected from a primary school. The children's urine and household edible salt were collected to detect the iodine content, and the thyroid gland of children was examined by B ultrasonic method. The frequency index and median were tested by 蠂 ~ 2 test, and the salt iodine content was statistically analyzed by t test (P0.05).
