【摘要】：目的:探討江蘇某高校教工高尿酸血癥(HUA)患病率及相關(guān)危險(xiǎn)因素。方法:以參加某高校2016年5月至11月體檢的教工為研究對(duì)象,進(jìn)行各項(xiàng)體檢及生化指標(biāo)測定。結(jié)果:該群體HUA患病率為20.8%,男性顯著高于女性(P0.01)。HUA患者的年齡、體質(zhì)量指數(shù)、腰圍等8項(xiàng)指標(biāo)均高于尿酸正常者,而估算的腎小球?yàn)V過率低于尿酸正常者(P0.05)。多因素Logistic回歸模型顯示男性、肥胖、腹型肥胖、高血壓、腎功能嚴(yán)重受損、低高密度脂蛋白血癥與血尿酸水平呈正相關(guān)(P0.05)。HUA患者合并3項(xiàng)及以上心血管病危險(xiǎn)因素的比例高于尿酸正常者(P0.05)。結(jié)論:男性、肥胖、腹型肥胖、高血壓、腎功能嚴(yán)重受損、低高密度脂蛋白血癥是HUA獨(dú)立危險(xiǎn)因素,而HUA合并心血管病危險(xiǎn)因素有聚集性,應(yīng)采取綜合措施盡早干預(yù)HUA發(fā)生發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the prevalence of hyperuricemia and its related risk factors. Methods: the teachers who took part in the physical examination of a university from May to November 2016 were selected as the research objects, and the physical examination and biochemical indexes were measured. Results: the prevalence rate of Bua in this population was 20.80.The age, body mass index and waist circumference of male patients were significantly higher than those of female patients with P0.01HUA, and the estimated glomerular filtration rate was lower than that of patients with normal uric acid (P0.05). Multivariate logistic regression model showed that male, obese, abdominal obesity, hypertension, renal function damage, There was a positive correlation between low density lipoproteinemia and serum uric acid level. The proportion of three or more risk factors of cardiovascular disease in patients with low density lipoproteinemia and serum uric acid level was higher than that in patients with normal uric acid. Conclusion: male, obesity, abdominal obesity, hypertension, severe impairment of renal function, low density lipoproteinemia are independent risk factors of Hua. Comprehensive measures should be taken to interfere with the occurrence and development of HUA as soon as possible.
