【摘要】：目的研究甲狀腺功能亢進(jìn)對(duì)住院患者醫(yī)院感染發(fā)生情況的影響并探討干預(yù)措施,為臨床治療提供參考依據(jù)。方法選取2012-2015年醫(yī)院收治的215例甲亢患者為研究對(duì)象,配對(duì)選取同一時(shí)期的住院患者215例為對(duì)照組,比較兩組患者的臨床資料及院內(nèi)感染率,并分析甲亢患者出現(xiàn)感染的危險(xiǎn)因素。結(jié)果甲亢患者及對(duì)照組患者性別、年齡、并發(fā)癥、BMI、血壓、LVEF、血常規(guī)及血生化檢查結(jié)果比較,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;甲亢組22例患者出現(xiàn)感染,感染率10.23%;對(duì)照組7例患者發(fā)生感染,感染率3.26%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);合并心臟病、重型甲亢、LVEF≤45%、白細(xì)胞4×10~9/L是發(fā)生感染的獨(dú)立危險(xiǎn)因素(P0.05)。結(jié)論甲亢患者醫(yī)院感染的發(fā)生率較高,且與多種因素有關(guān),臨床上應(yīng)該采取綜合措施全面干預(yù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of hyperthyroidism on nosocomial infection in hospitalized patients and to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods 215 patients with hyperthyroidism admitted in hospital from 2012 to 2015 were selected as study subjects, 215 patients in the same period as control group. The clinical data and nosocomial infection rate of the two groups were compared. The risk factors of infection in patients with hyperthyroidism were analyzed. Results there was no significant difference in sex, age, complication, blood pressure, blood routine and blood biochemical examination between hyperthyroidism patients and control group, 22 patients in hyperthyroidism group had infection and the infection rate was 10.23, while in control group, infection occurred in 7 patients.
