【摘要】：正1臨床資料患者,男,54歲,身高166 cm,體質(zhì)量58 kg,因"上腹部不適1周"入院。查腹部CT提示"肝硬化",進(jìn)一步行胃鏡檢查提示"食管靜脈曲張"�；疾∫詠�,神志清,精神尚可,飲食可,睡眠可,大小便正常,體質(zhì)量無明顯變化。既往無高血壓、心臟病史,無糖尿病、腦血管疾病病史,無食物、藥物過敏史。入院體格檢查:體溫36.1℃,脈搏76次/min,呼吸19次/min,雙下肢可見散在紅色皮疹,無皮下出血、皮下結(jié)節(jié)、
