【摘要】：目的探討絕經(jīng)后代謝綜合征(MS)女性患者正常范圍內(nèi)血尿酸水平與腰椎及股骨頸骨密度之間的關(guān)系。方法選取絕經(jīng)后MS女性患者156例,其血尿酸水平均在正常范圍(150.0~360.0μmol/L)內(nèi),以血尿酸均值(252.0μmol/L)為界分為A、B兩組,A組患者尿酸水平≥150.0且≤252.0μmol/L,B組患者尿酸水平252.0且≤360.0μmol/L。比較兩組患者的臨床生化指標(biāo)和骨密度的差異。分析尿酸水平與腰椎及股骨頸骨密度之間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果 (1)B組患者的體質(zhì)指數(shù)、收縮壓、高血壓百分比明顯高于A組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);(2)B組患者的三酰甘油、肌酐、尿素氮、尿酸、腰椎骨密度明顯高于A組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);(3)患者的腰椎骨密度與尿酸呈正相關(guān),有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(r=0.349,P=0.029),股骨頸骨密度與尿酸無相關(guān)關(guān)系,無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(r=0.186,P=0.258);(4)尿酸與骨質(zhì)疏松診斷的ROC曲線提示尿酸對骨質(zhì)疏松的診斷有意義(AUC=0.773,P=0.047)。結(jié)論在尿酸水平正常的絕經(jīng)后MS婦女中,尿酸水平與腰椎骨密度呈正相關(guān),而與股骨頸骨密度無相關(guān)關(guān)系。
