【摘要】：環(huán)境內(nèi)分泌干擾物對全球環(huán)境和生物方面的影響越來越受到重視,其可能通過影響神經(jīng)中樞和免疫系統(tǒng)及激活相關(guān)絲裂原活化蛋白激酶通路而增加哮喘發(fā)生。本文以近年來各類內(nèi)分泌干擾物相關(guān)毒理學(xué)研究資料為依據(jù),綜述其可能對哮喘產(chǎn)生的影響。
[Abstract]:More and more attention has been paid to the environmental and biological effects of environmental endocrine disruptors, which may increase the occurrence of asthma by affecting the nerve center and immune system and activating the related mitogen-activated protein kinase pathway. Based on recent toxicological studies on endocrine disruptors, this paper reviews the possible effects of endocrine disruptors on asthma.
