【摘要】：隨著人們生活水平提高和生活方式改變,高尿酸血癥的發(fā)病率逐年升高(10%以上),但由于其早期無癥狀,常常被忽視;高尿酸血癥又是代謝性疾病,常與高脂血癥、糖尿病、高血壓等共存。通過對高尿酸血癥的危害、治療必要性、藥物現(xiàn)狀、以及中藥特點(diǎn)等系統(tǒng)論述,提出中藥治療高尿酸血癥的必要性,為控制高尿酸血癥并發(fā)癥和中藥新藥研發(fā)提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of people's living standard and the change of life style, the incidence of hyperuricemia increases by more than 10% year by year, but because of its early asymptomatic, it is often ignored; hyperuricemia is also a metabolic disease, often associated with hyperlipidemia, diabetes mellitus, High blood pressure coexists. Based on the systematic discussion of the harm of hyperuricemia, the necessity of treatment, the present situation of drugs and the characteristics of Chinese medicine, the necessity of treating hyperuricemia with traditional Chinese medicine is put forward, which provides a reference for the control of complications of hyperuricemia and the research and development of new drugs of traditional Chinese medicine.
