【摘要】：觀察合并原發(fā)性甲狀腺功能減退癥的不孕癥患者血清白細(xì)胞介素(IL)-8、IL-17和腫瘤壞死因子(TNF)-α的水平,探討其與發(fā)病的相關(guān)性。選取合并甲減的不孕癥患者32例,甲狀腺功能正常的不孕癥患者53例,30例體檢正常育齡婦女作為對(duì)照。檢測(cè)所有被檢者血清IL-2、IL-17和TNF-α的水平。IL-2水平在甲功正常不孕組與對(duì)照組相似,但明顯高于甲減不孕組(P0.05);IL-17水平在對(duì)照組、甲功正常不孕組及甲減不孕組依次升高(P0.01);TNF-α水平在甲減不孕組與甲功正常不孕組相似,但均高于對(duì)照組(P0.01)。合并甲狀腺功能減退癥的不孕癥患者血清IL-2水平降低,IL-17和TNF-α水平升高。IL-2可能僅參與了甲狀腺功能減退的起病,而IL-17在不孕癥和甲狀腺功能減退起病中均起到重要作用。
[Abstract]:The levels of serum interleukin (IL) -8, IL-17 and tumor necrosis factor (TNF) - alpha in patients with primary hypothyroidism were observed and their correlation with the disease was investigated. 32 cases of infertility with hypothyroidism, 53 cases of normal thyroid dysfunction and 30 normal women of childbearing age as control were examined. The level of level.IL-2 of serum IL-2, IL-17 and TNF- a in all subjects was similar to that of control group, but significantly higher than that of hypothyroidism group (P0.05), and IL-17 level in control group, normal infertility group and hypothyroidism group (P0.01) in control group (P0.01), TNF- alpha water was similar to the normal infertility group in the hypothyroidism group and the thyroidism group, but the level of TNF- alpha was high. In the control group (P0.01), the level of serum IL-2 in the patients with hypothyroidism with hypothyroidism decreased, and the elevated levels of IL-17 and TNF- alpha may only participate in the onset of hypothyroidism, and IL-17 plays an important role in the onset of infertility and hypothyroidism.
