【摘要】：類風(fēng)濕關(guān)節(jié)炎是一種自身免疫性疾病,主要是以血管翳的形成和滑膜炎為病理改變。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)血小板活化及其活化產(chǎn)物作為類風(fēng)濕關(guān)節(jié)炎一個重要的病理變化和發(fā)病因素,貫穿在病程始終,對類風(fēng)濕關(guān)節(jié)炎的發(fā)生發(fā)展極其重要。本文通過對血小板活化機(jī)制的分析以及對血小板活化產(chǎn)物與類風(fēng)濕關(guān)節(jié)炎之間關(guān)系的分析,探討血小板活化及其活化產(chǎn)物對類風(fēng)濕關(guān)節(jié)炎的影響。
[Abstract]:Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disease, mainly due to the formation of pannus and synovitis. It is found that platelet activation and its activation products are an important pathological change and pathogenic factor of rheumatoid arthritis, which are throughout the course of the disease and are very important for the development of rheumatoid arthritis. The mechanism of platelet activation and the relationship between platelet activation products and rheumatoid arthritis were analyzed, and the effects of platelet activation and its activation products on rheumatoid arthritis were investigated.
