【摘要】：正患者女性,48歲,4年前因發(fā)現(xiàn)左小腿腫物行左脛骨病灶穿刺活檢術,病理示未見腫瘤成分。隨訪觀察,未行特殊治療。2個月前患者出現(xiàn)左腕部腫脹,無疼痛及活動受限。查體發(fā)現(xiàn)腫物活動度差,邊界不清,無明顯壓痛。脛腓骨X線片顯示雙側對稱的脛骨上段骨硬化。全身骨顯像顯示頭顱及四肢骨多發(fā)對稱性分布的攝取放射性明顯增強(圖1)。本例患者入院后行左尺骨病灶穿刺活檢術,病理顯示穿刺標本骨梁間可見彌漫成片狀分布的泡沫狀組織細胞,符合
[Abstract]:The female patient was 48 years old. The tumor was found in the left leg 4 years ago by biopsy of the lesion of the left tibia. No special treatment was given. Left wrist swelling, no pain and limited movement occurred 2 months ago. It was found that the mass had poor mobility, unclear boundary and no obvious tenderness. X-ray films of tibia and fibula showed bilateral symmetrical sclerosis of the upper tibia. Systemic bone imaging showed increased uptake of multiple symmetrical distributions of bone in the head and extremities (Fig. 1). After admission, the patient underwent biopsy of the lesions of the left ulnar bone. Pathological examination showed that the foam cells were distributed in the bone beams of the punctured specimens, which were consistent with each other.
