【摘要】：目的探討成人still病老年患者的臨床表現(xiàn)、實(shí)驗(yàn)室特點(diǎn)、治療及預(yù)后情況。方法回顧性分析吉林大學(xué)第一醫(yī)院2014年1月1日至2016年5月31日所有住院診治的成人still病患者53例。搜集患者臨床數(shù)據(jù)及實(shí)驗(yàn)室數(shù)據(jù),并對其進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果老年組患者除常見的發(fā)熱、皮疹癥狀外,更易發(fā)生咽痛(P=0.013);白細(xì)胞、中性粒細(xì)胞百分比、門冬氨酸轉(zhuǎn)移酶、丙氨酸氨基轉(zhuǎn)移酶、鐵蛋白、膽固醇、纖維蛋白原與青年組相比有明顯差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論當(dāng)老年患者出現(xiàn)不明原因的發(fā)熱、皮疹、咽痛、膽固醇升高、纖維蛋白原升高時應(yīng)警惕成人still病。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical manifestations, laboratory features, treatment and prognosis of elderly patients with adult still disease. Methods 53 adult patients with still's disease were retrospectively analyzed from January 1, 2014 to May 31, 2016 in the first Hospital of Jilin University. The clinical data and laboratory data were collected and analyzed statistically. Results in the elderly group, in addition to the common symptoms of fever and rash, pharyngitis was more likely to occur, leukocyte, neutrophil percentage, aspartate transferase, alanine aminotransferase, ferritin, cholesterol, The fibrinogen was significantly different from that of the young group (P 0.05). Conclusion when senile patients have unknown fever, rash, pharynx, cholesterol and fibrinogen, we should be on guard against still's disease in adults.
