【摘要】：目的掌握陜西省城市4類職業(yè)人群超重、肥胖、中心型肥胖流行特征及影響因素,為開展職業(yè)人群體重控制提供依據(jù)。方法整群抽取陜西省18~45歲1210名職業(yè)人群進行問卷調(diào)查及體格測量,描述其超重、肥胖、中心型肥胖人群分布特征,并采用χ~2檢驗和Logistic回歸統(tǒng)計分析方法對其相關(guān)影響因素進行研究。結(jié)果超重率22.1%,肥胖率9.1%;超重肥胖比2.4∶1;中心型肥胖率22.2%,超重肥胖率男性45.1%,女性16.3%(P0.05);各職業(yè)超重肥胖率企業(yè)管理人員44.2%,事業(yè)單位人員37.5%,公務員34.1%,學生10.9%(P0.05);文化程度越高,超重肥胖率越低(P0.05)。Logistic結(jié)果顯示,女性(OR=0.212)、大學本科及以上(OR=0.592)和月平均收入為2000~2999元(OR=0.546)是陜西省職業(yè)人群超重肥胖的保護因素,"36~40歲"(OR=1.686)和"41~45歲"年齡組(OR=1.864),公務員(OR=4.544)、企業(yè)管理人員(OR=7.128)和事業(yè)單位人員(OR=6.020)3類職業(yè)為危險因素。結(jié)論陜西省城市職業(yè)人群超重肥胖率高,男性為高危人群,應對其加強健康教育,進而預防慢性病發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the epidemic characteristics and influencing factors of overweight, obesity and central obesity among 4 occupational groups in Shaanxi Province, and to provide basis for carrying out weight control in occupational groups. Methods A total of 1210 workers aged from 18 to 45 years old in Shaanxi Province were investigated by questionnaire and physical measurement. The distribution characteristics of overweight, obesity and central obesity were described. 蠂 ~ 2 test and Logistic regression statistical analysis were used to study the related factors. Results the overweight rate was 22.1%, the obesity rate was 9.1; the overweight rate was 2.4: 1; the central obesity rate was 22.22.20.The overweight and obesity rate was 45.1% for males and 16.3p0.05 for women; the overweight and obesity rate was 44.2% for enterprise managers, 37.5m for public institutions, 34.1th for civil servants and 10.9P0.05% for students; the higher the education level was, The lower the rate of overweight and obesity is, the lower the logistic results are, Female ORO 0.212, undergraduate degree and above 0.592) and average monthly income of 2000 ~ 2999 Yuan / OR0.546) are the protective factors of overweight and obesity among occupational population in Shaanxi Province. "3640 years old" and "41 ~ 45 years old" age group OR1.864, civil servant OR4.544, enterprise management personnel OR7.128) and career unit personnel OR6.020 / 3 are risk factors. Conclusion the overweight and obesity rate of urban occupational population in Shaanxi Province is high and male is the high risk group. Health education should be strengthened to prevent the occurrence of chronic diseases.
