【摘要】：目的了解云南省實施醫(yī)務人員主動提供艾滋病檢測咨詢(PITC)的工作效果。方法 2009-2015年,按照醫(yī)務人員主動提供艾滋病檢測咨詢工作規(guī)范、流程及相關工作內(nèi)容要求,為到醫(yī)療機構就診/住院的患者提供PITC服務,并對收集的數(shù)據(jù)進行統(tǒng)計學分析。結果 2009-2015年,云南省醫(yī)療機構開展HIV抗體檢測,共篩查26 405 813人次,檢出HIV抗體陽33 201人次,粗陽性率為12.57/萬。7年間檢測人次數(shù)從2009年的1 338 604人增加到2015年的7 234 649人,增加了440.63%;檢測發(fā)現(xiàn)陽性者從2 827例增加至7 359例,增加了160.31%;粗檢出陽性率從2009年的21.12/萬下降至2015年的10.17/萬。2009-2015年,醫(yī)療機構檢測發(fā)現(xiàn)的陽性數(shù)占全省檢測發(fā)現(xiàn)的陽性數(shù)的比例逐年上升;醫(yī)療機構發(fā)現(xiàn)陽性者的CD4+T淋巴細胞檢測比例由2009年的68.45%提高到2015年的80.46%;CD4+T淋巴細胞計數(shù)≤350個/μL的比例由2009年的30.72%提高到2015年的48.85%。結論開展PITC后,其他就診者檢測發(fā)現(xiàn)了較多艾滋病病例。PITC是發(fā)現(xiàn)HIV感染者的有效途徑,是艾滋病防治的有效方法之一。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of active HIV / AIDS counseling in Yunnan Province. Methods from 2009 to 2015, according to the specification, flow chart and related work content of medical staff to provide PITC service to the patients in medical institutions, and to analyze the data collected statistically.
