【摘要】：目的探究南京市社區(qū)老年人空腹血糖與血壓、體質(zhì)指數(shù)和運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)間的關(guān)系及其影響因素。方法采用隨機(jī)整群抽樣方法,抽取南京市某社區(qū)60~79歲的老年人進(jìn)行調(diào)查,測(cè)量空腹血糖、血壓、體質(zhì)指數(shù)等生理指標(biāo),調(diào)查每天平均運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)間。根據(jù)中國(guó)肥胖和2型糖尿病外科治療指南(2014)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),將調(diào)查對(duì)象分為正常、空腹血糖受損和糖尿病三組,采用單因素分析比較這三類(lèi)人群的血壓、體質(zhì)指數(shù)和運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)間;使用多因素Logistic回歸分析血糖升高的影響因素。結(jié)果有效問(wèn)卷空腹血糖水平和血壓呈正相關(guān);糖尿病組的血壓、體質(zhì)指數(shù)均高于正常和空腹血糖受損組;空腹血糖受損組的血壓高于正常組。調(diào)整年齡、性別后的多因素分析顯示,血糖升高與高血壓、平均每天運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)間有關(guān)。結(jié)論血壓異常、運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)間與老年人血糖升高有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between fasting blood glucose (FBG) and blood pressure, body mass index (BMI) and exercise time in the elderly in Nanjing community. Methods A random cluster sampling method was used to investigate the physical indexes such as fasting blood glucose, blood pressure, body mass index and average exercise time of 60 ~ 79 years old people in a community in Nanjing. According to the Chinese criteria for surgical treatment of obesity and type 2 diabetes, the subjects were divided into three groups: normal, impaired fasting blood glucose and diabetes. The blood pressure, body mass index and exercise time of the three groups were compared by single factor analysis. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of hyperglycemia. Results there was a positive correlation between fasting blood glucose level and blood pressure in effective questionnaire. The blood pressure and body mass index of diabetic group were higher than those of normal and impaired group, and the blood pressure of impaired fasting blood glucose group was higher than that of normal group. Multivariate analysis after adjusting for age and sex showed that increased blood sugar was associated with hypertension and average daily exercise time. Conclusion abnormal blood pressure and exercise time are related to the increase of blood glucose in the elderly.
