【摘要】：正顱咽管瘤毗鄰下丘腦、垂體,腫瘤本身的占位效應(yīng)或手術(shù)、放療等治療常損傷這些組織結(jié)構(gòu),易造成神經(jīng)內(nèi)分泌功能受損等嚴(yán)重并發(fā)癥。下丘腦性肥胖是顱咽管瘤并發(fā)癥之一,其并發(fā)的2型糖尿病等代謝紊亂疾病,可嚴(yán)重影響兒童青少年的生長發(fā)育和遠(yuǎn)期生存預(yù)后。本文報(bào)道顱咽管瘤術(shù)后下丘腦性肥胖并發(fā)2型糖尿病1例。1臨床資料患者,男性,16歲,因顱咽管瘤術(shù)后、體重增加1年余,發(fā)現(xiàn)血糖升高4 d于2015年10月22日入住
[Abstract]:Craniopharyngioma adjacent to the hypothalamus, pituitary, tumor itself, or surgery, radiotherapy and other treatment often damage these tissue structure, prone to damage to neuroendocrine function and other serious complications. Hypothalamic obesity is one of the complications of craniopharyngioma. Type 2 diabetes mellitus and other metabolic disorders can seriously affect the growth and development of children and adolescents and long-term survival and prognosis. A case of hypothalamic obesity complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus after craniopharyngioma surgery was reported in this paper. A 16-year-old male was admitted to hospital on October 22, 2015 after craniopharyngioma. He gained weight for more than one year.
