【摘要】：[目的]了解二甲氧基甲烷中毒事故及死亡病例發(fā)生的原因,以采取有效的職業(yè)病防治措施,避免類似中毒事故再次發(fā)生。[方法]詳細(xì)詢問中毒病人的職業(yè)史、病史及就診經(jīng)過,查閱病人住院病歷記錄;對(duì)作業(yè)場(chǎng)所進(jìn)行職業(yè)衛(wèi)生學(xué)調(diào)查和職業(yè)衛(wèi)生檢測(cè)。[結(jié)果]作業(yè)場(chǎng)所二甲氧基甲烷空氣質(zhì)量濃度為2 271.1 mg/m3;1名患者診斷為亞急性重度中毒性腦病(二甲氧基甲烷),患者經(jīng)對(duì)癥治療2周后無效死亡。[結(jié)論]企業(yè)主對(duì)二甲氧基甲烷的危害性認(rèn)識(shí)不足,未采取有效防護(hù)措施是導(dǎo)致本次中毒事故發(fā)生的主要原因。
[Abstract]:[objective] to understand the causes of dimethoxymethane poisoning accident and death cases, to take effective measures to prevent and cure occupational diseases and to avoid the recurrence of similar poisoning accidents. [methods] the occupational history, medical history and treatment process of the poisoning patients were inquired in detail, the records of the inpatient's medical records were consulted, and the occupational health survey and occupational health examination were carried out in the workplace. [results] the air quality concentration of dimethoxymethane in the workplace was 2 271.1 mg / m 3. One patient was diagnosed as subacute severe toxic encephalopathy (DME). The patient died ineffectually after 2 weeks of symptomatic treatment. [conclusion] the main cause of the poisoning accident is the lack of understanding of the harm of dimethoxymethane and the failure to take effective protective measures.
