【摘要】：目的探討運(yùn)動(dòng)康復(fù)療法結(jié)合瑞格列奈對(duì)2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血糖的影響。方法 T2DM患者80例采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法隨機(jī)分為觀察組和對(duì)照組各40例,對(duì)照組給予口服骨化三醇膠丸等常規(guī)治療;觀察組在常規(guī)治療的基礎(chǔ)上增加瑞格列奈治療,0.5 g/次,3次/d,并制定個(gè)體化的運(yùn)動(dòng)方案,持續(xù)治療6個(gè)月。檢測(cè)并分析兩組空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(PBG)水平。結(jié)果治療1個(gè)月后,觀察組FPG水平下降,但差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療6個(gè)月后,兩組FPG、PBG水平顯著下降,且觀察組顯著低于對(duì)照組(均P0.05)。兩組治療前、治療1、6個(gè)月后FPG、PBG水平差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,且兩組治療6個(gè)月后與治療前及治療后1個(gè)月比較差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。結(jié)論運(yùn)動(dòng)康復(fù)療法結(jié)合瑞格列奈治療可有效控制T2DM患者血糖水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of exercise rehabilitation therapy combined with repaglinide on blood glucose in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T 2 DM). Methods 80 patients with T2DM were randomly divided into observation group (n = 40) and control group (n = 40). On the basis of routine treatment, the observation group increased the dose of repaglinide by 0.5 g / d, and formulated a individualized exercise regimen for 6 months. The levels of fasting blood glucose (FPG) and plasma glucose (PBG) at 2 h after meal were detected and analyzed in both groups. Results after one month of treatment, the level of FPG in the observation group decreased, but the difference was not statistically significant (P 0.05). After 6 months of treatment, the PBG level of FPGG in both groups decreased significantly, and the level of PBG in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (all P 0.05). There were significant differences in PBG levels between the two groups before, 1 and 6 months after treatment, and there was a significant difference between the two groups after 6 months of treatment and 1 month after treatment. Conclusion exercise rehabilitation therapy combined with repaglinide can effectively control blood glucose level in patients with T2DM.
