【摘要】:肥胖是形成Ⅱ型糖尿病和心血管疾病的重要風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因子.Wnt信號(hào)通路是調(diào)控多個(gè)細(xì)胞發(fā)育與分化的重要信號(hào)因子.本研究介紹了脂肪組織結(jié)構(gòu)、脂肪細(xì)胞分化的調(diào)控因子、經(jīng)典和非經(jīng)典Wnt信號(hào)通路.從肥胖與糖尿病的臨床觀察、脂肪分化與發(fā)育、線粒體代謝與炎癥反應(yīng)的角度,闡述了經(jīng)典和非經(jīng)典Wnt信號(hào)通路對(duì)脂肪發(fā)育和代謝的影響.
[Abstract]:Obesity is an important risk factor for the formation of type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease. Wnt signaling pathway is an important signal factor to regulate the development and differentiation of multiple cells. In this study, the structure of adipose tissue, the regulatory factors of adipocyte differentiation, classical and non-classical Wnt signaling pathway were introduced. The effects of classical and non-classical Wnt signaling pathway on adipose development and metabolism were discussed from the clinical observation of obesity and diabetes, adipose differentiation and development, mitochondrial metabolism and inflammatory response.
