糖尿病患者智能監(jiān)護(hù)系統(tǒng)研究與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:人口老齡化加速、亞健康人群的激增,顯著影響著人民的健康。糖尿病作為常見(jiàn)的慢性病之一,嚴(yán)重制約社會(huì)發(fā)展和人民生活質(zhì)量提升,加之工作壓力大等社會(huì)因素,中青年患者人數(shù)也在不斷增加。通過(guò)對(duì)糖尿病發(fā)展趨勢(shì)及現(xiàn)狀調(diào)研發(fā)現(xiàn),目前針對(duì)糖尿病患者監(jiān)護(hù)的研究主要集中在健康管理及血糖濃度監(jiān)測(cè)方面,在糖尿病病情控制方面并不樂(lè)觀。為解決糖尿病患者實(shí)際監(jiān)護(hù)問(wèn)題,考慮到糖尿病主要治療方式是通過(guò)注射胰島素控制血糖含量,本文提出了針對(duì)胰島素注射治療情況的智能糖尿病患者自動(dòng)監(jiān)護(hù)系統(tǒng),主要工作包括以下幾點(diǎn):(1)老年糖尿病患者一般每天需要注射一次胰島素以控制病情發(fā)展,針對(duì)一些老年患者可能遺忘注射的情況,本文首先提出了一種智能糖尿病患者自動(dòng)監(jiān)護(hù)系統(tǒng)總體設(shè)計(jì)方案,其主要包含智能監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)、手機(jī)客戶端和WEB信息管理系統(tǒng)等幾部分方案組成。(2)完成了智能監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)的硬件電路設(shè)計(jì)。通過(guò)對(duì)智能監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)的功能分析,給出了硬件電路總體系統(tǒng)框架,并對(duì)各個(gè)功能模塊進(jìn)行了電路設(shè)計(jì),包括數(shù)據(jù)采集模塊、數(shù)據(jù)無(wú)線發(fā)送模塊、數(shù)據(jù)無(wú)線接收模塊、Wifi通訊模塊及各個(gè)電源模塊電路。(3)完成了智能糖尿病患者自動(dòng)監(jiān)護(hù)系統(tǒng)的軟件設(shè)計(jì),包括智能監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)軟件設(shè)計(jì)、手機(jī)客戶端的軟件設(shè)計(jì)和WEB信息管理系統(tǒng)的軟件設(shè)計(jì)。智能監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)包括注射端的數(shù)據(jù)采集設(shè)計(jì)、無(wú)線信號(hào)通訊設(shè)計(jì)及手機(jī)Wifi通訊設(shè)計(jì),通過(guò)模塊功能分析,實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)采集、處理及轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)。手機(jī)客戶端設(shè)計(jì)主要實(shí)現(xiàn)患者注冊(cè)登陸功能,注射監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)的記錄、處理及報(bào)警功能。WEB信息管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)主要是實(shí)現(xiàn)注射監(jiān)測(cè)信息的記錄、處理和顯示,此外還增加了預(yù)約回訪管理模塊。整個(gè)智能糖尿病患者監(jiān)護(hù)系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了糖尿病患者在規(guī)定時(shí)間之前注射藥物,該信號(hào)數(shù)據(jù)會(huì)通過(guò)Wifi通訊匯集,通過(guò)GPRS網(wǎng)絡(luò)將注射情況上傳至手機(jī)客戶端和WEB信息管理系統(tǒng);如果到規(guī)定時(shí)間還未接收到胰島素注射信號(hào),手機(jī)客戶端會(huì)產(chǎn)生報(bào)警。整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)基本實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)監(jiān)護(hù)的設(shè)計(jì)要求。
[Abstract]:Population aging accelerated, the proliferation of sub-healthy population, significantly affected the health of the people. Diabetes, as one of the common chronic diseases, seriously restricts the social development and the improvement of people's quality of life, in addition to social factors such as heavy work pressure, the number of young and middle-aged patients is also increasing. Through the research on the development trend and present situation of diabetes mellitus, it is found that the current research on diabetes monitoring mainly focuses on health management and blood glucose concentration monitoring, and is not optimistic in diabetes disease control. In order to solve the problem of diabetic patients' actual monitoring, considering that the main treatment method of diabetes is to control the blood sugar content through insulin injection, an intelligent automatic monitoring system for diabetic patients is proposed in this paper, which is aimed at the situation of insulin injection therapy. The main work includes the following points: 1) elderly patients with diabetes usually need to inject insulin once a day to control the development of their condition. Some elderly patients may forget the injection. In this paper, an intelligent automatic monitoring system for diabetic patients is proposed, which mainly includes an intelligent monitoring system. The hardware circuit of the intelligent monitoring system is designed by the mobile phone client and the WEB information management system. Through the function analysis of the intelligent monitoring system, the overall system frame of the hardware circuit is given, and each function module is designed, including the data acquisition module, the data wireless sending module. Data wireless receiving module Wifi communication module and each power module circuit. 3) completed the intelligent diabetes automatic monitoring system software design, including the intelligent monitoring system software design. Mobile phone client software design and WEB information management system software design. The design of intelligent monitoring system includes the design of data acquisition at the injection end, the design of wireless signal communication and the design of mobile phone Wifi communication. Through the function analysis of the module, the data acquisition, processing and forwarding are realized. The mobile phone client design mainly realizes the patient registration and login function, the injection monitoring data record, the processing and the alarm function. The Web information management system design mainly realizes the injection monitoring information recording, processing and display. In addition, an appointment return visit management module has been added. The whole intelligent diabetes monitoring system realizes the diabetes patients to inject drugs before the prescribed time, the signal data will be collected through Wifi communication, the injection situation will be uploaded to the mobile phone client and WEB information management system through GPRS network. If the insulin injection signal has not been received by the specified time, the mobile phone client will generate an alarm. The design of the whole system basically realizes the design requirements of automatic monitoring.
