【摘要】：目的對(duì)社區(qū)糖尿病一體化管理在糖化血紅蛋白和血脂的影響進(jìn)行分析及判定。方法對(duì)2015年1月至2016年2月收治的糖尿病患者實(shí)施的管理進(jìn)行回顧性分析,依據(jù)時(shí)段將其進(jìn)行劃分,其中2015年1—6月收治的糖尿病患者(實(shí)施常規(guī)管理)作為常規(guī)組,2015年7月至2016年2月收治的糖尿病患者(實(shí)施一體化管理)作為一體化組,隨訪半年,并觀察兩組糖尿病患者的血脂及糖化血紅蛋白情況。結(jié)果一體化組糖尿病患者的總膽固醇、三酰甘油、糖化血紅蛋白等指標(biāo)均優(yōu)于常規(guī)組,其低密度脂蛋白膽固醇、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論在治療的過(guò)程中給予糖尿病患者一體化管理進(jìn)行干預(yù),可有效地改善患者機(jī)體內(nèi)血紅蛋白及血脂水平,值得在臨床中推廣實(shí)施。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze and determine the effect of community diabetes integrated management on glycosylated hemoglobin and blood lipids. Methods the management of diabetes patients admitted from January 2015 to February 2016 was analyzed retrospectively. Diabetes patients admitted from January to June 2015 (routine management) were treated as routine group, and diabetes patients admitted from July 2015 to February 2016 were treated as integrated group, and followed up for half a year. Blood lipids and glycosylated hemoglobin were observed in two groups of diabetic patients. Results the indexes of total cholesterol, triglyceride and glycosylated hemoglobin in the integrated group were better than those in the routine group, but there was no significant difference in low density lipoprotein cholesterol and high density lipoprotein cholesterol. Conclusion the intervention of integrated management of diabetes mellitus patients in the course of treatment can effectively improve the level of hemoglobin and blood lipids in patients, and it is worth popularizing and implementing in clinical practice.
