【摘要】：正類風(fēng)濕關(guān)節(jié)炎(RA)病理機(jī)制未明,目前對(duì)RA的治療主要集中在控制疼痛和炎癥、阻斷骨質(zhì)破壞的發(fā)展以及改善關(guān)節(jié)功能上~(〔1〕)。傳統(tǒng)治療藥物由于其系統(tǒng)用藥的特性,在治療的同時(shí)也產(chǎn)生一定的不良反應(yīng)。白三烯(LT)B4是白細(xì)胞產(chǎn)生的一種脂質(zhì)介質(zhì),系膜磷脂在磷脂酶(PL)A2作用下的花生四烯酸(AA)下游產(chǎn)物。研究證明在RA患者的關(guān)節(jié)腔和滑液中存在高濃度的LTB4,且大量文獻(xiàn)證明LTB4在RA的發(fā)病機(jī)制中發(fā)
[Abstract]:The pathological mechanism of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is not clear. At present, the treatment of RA mainly focuses on controlling pain and inflammation, blocking the development of bone destruction and improving the function of the joint. Because of its systematic characteristics, traditional treatment drugs also produce some adverse reactions. Leukotriene LTT B4 is a kind of lipid medium produced by white blood cells. The downstream product of Mesangial phospholipids is arachidonic acid (AA) under the action of phospholipase (PLA 2). Studies have shown that there is a high concentration of LTB4 in articular cavity and synovial fluid of RA patients, and a large number of literatures have proved that LTB4 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of RA.
