松質(zhì)骨超聲背散射信號(hào)的譜信息熵判斷方法

【摘要】:在松質(zhì)骨超聲背散射評(píng)價(jià)的實(shí)際應(yīng)用中,如何快速準(zhǔn)確地判斷接收到的信號(hào)中是否包含有效背散射信號(hào)是一個(gè)重要問(wèn)題。提出一種基于譜信息熵的背散射信號(hào)判斷方法。對(duì)在體采集的984例成人跟骨處臨床數(shù)據(jù),采用該方法判斷背散射信號(hào)的有效性,將判斷結(jié)果與經(jīng)驗(yàn)判斷結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)照分析,并分析該方法中的信號(hào)區(qū)間長(zhǎng)度和譜信息熵分段數(shù)對(duì)判斷結(jié)果的影響。結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)信號(hào)區(qū)間長(zhǎng)度為13μs,譜信息熵分段數(shù)為15~20時(shí),該方法可以獲得最佳的判斷結(jié)果(準(zhǔn)確度95%,靈敏度99%,特異度87%),并且計(jì)算時(shí)間極短(1.5 ms)。因此采用譜信息熵方法判斷背散射信號(hào)的有效性,可以滿足超聲骨質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)中對(duì)準(zhǔn)確性和實(shí)時(shí)性的要求。
[Abstract]:In the practical application of ultrasonic backscattering evaluation of cancellous bone, how to quickly and accurately judge whether the received signal contains the effective backscatter signal is an important problem. A method for judging backscattering signals based on spectral information entropy is proposed. The clinical data of 984 cases of adult calcaneus were collected in vivo. The method was used to judge the validity of backscatter signal. The results were compared with the results of empirical judgment. The influence of signal interval length and spectral entropy segment number on the result of the method is analyzed. The results show that when the signal interval length is 13 渭 s and the spectral entropy segment number is 15 ~ 20:00, the method can obtain the best results (accuracy 95, sensitivity 99th, specificity 87), and the calculation time is very short (1.5 Ms). Therefore, using spectral information entropy method to judge the validity of backscatter signal can meet the requirements of accuracy and real-time in ultrasonic bone evaluation.
