H型高血壓對(duì)老年男性骨密度的影響

【摘要】:目的通過(guò)比較H型高血壓、普通高血壓和血壓正常人群骨密度(Bone Mineral Density,BMD)情況,探討H型高血壓對(duì)BMD的影響。方法對(duì)綿陽(yáng)地區(qū)城市、郊區(qū)及農(nóng)村1215例70歲以上男性自愿者進(jìn)行腰椎、股骨頸和股骨轉(zhuǎn)子區(qū)BMD檢測(cè),符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的有813人。骨密度按世界衛(wèi)生組織(WHO)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)分類:骨量正常、骨量減少和骨質(zhì)疏松。對(duì)參與者血壓和血清同型半胱氨酸(Homocysteine,HCY)進(jìn)行檢測(cè),根據(jù)中華醫(yī)學(xué)HCY和血壓的分類標(biāo)準(zhǔn),高血壓同時(shí)伴有血清HCY升高稱為H型高血壓。參與者血壓情況分為三類:H型高血壓患者、普通高血壓患者及血壓正常人群。比較三類人群BMD值、骨量減少和骨質(zhì)疏松患病率。結(jié)果 H型高血壓患者共有75例,普通高血壓患者107例,正常人群631例。H型高血壓患者BMD值顯著低于普通高血壓患者和血壓正常人群,骨量減少和骨質(zhì)疏松患病率顯著高于普通高血壓患者和血壓正常人群(P0.05),普通高血壓患者BMD值顯著低于普通血壓正常人群,骨量減少和骨質(zhì)疏松患病率顯著高于血壓正常人群(P0.005)。結(jié)論老年男性中,高HCY和高血壓對(duì)BMD的影響有交互作用,兩者同時(shí)存在時(shí)BMD顯著降低,骨量減少和骨質(zhì)疏松顯著升高。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of H type hypertension on BMD by comparing the bone Mineral density (BMD) of patients with H type hypertension, normal blood pressure and normal blood pressure. Methods 1215 male volunteers over 70 years old in Mianyang city suburb and countryside were examined for BMD of lumbar vertebrae femoral neck and femoral trochanter. Bone mineral density (BMD) is classified according to the World Health Organization (WHO) standard: normal bone mass, osteopenia and osteoporosis. The blood pressure and serum homocysteine homocysteine (HCY) were measured. According to the classification standard of Chinese medical HCY and blood pressure, hypertension accompanied by elevated serum HCY was called H type hypertension. Participants' blood pressure was divided into three groups: type H hypertension, normal hypertension and normal blood pressure. The prevalence of BMD, osteopenia and osteoporosis were compared among the three groups. Results there were 75 cases of H type hypertension, 107 cases of normal hypertension and 631 cases of normal population. The BMD value of H type hypertension was significantly lower than that of normal hypertension and normal blood pressure. The prevalence rate of osteopenia and osteoporosis was significantly higher than that of normal hypertension and normal blood pressure (P 0.05), the BMD value of normal hypertension was significantly lower than that of normal blood pressure, and the prevalence of osteopenia and osteoporosis was significantly higher than that of normal blood pressure (P 0.005). Conclusion High HCY and hypertension have an interactive effect on BMD in elderly men. BMD decreased significantly, bone mass decreased and osteoporosis increased significantly in the presence of both.
