【摘要】：目的比較改良全視網(wǎng)膜光凝術(shù)(modified panretinal photocoagulation,MPRP)和傳統(tǒng)全視網(wǎng)膜光凝術(shù)(panretinal photocoagulation,PRP)治療糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜病變的療效及安全性。方法采用臨床病例對照研究方法。對2013年10月至2017年1月在我院眼科經(jīng)眼底熒光素血管造影等檢查確診為重度非增殖型糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜病變(severe nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy,NPDR)或輕度增殖型糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜病變(proliferative diabetic retinopathy,PDR)并行全視網(wǎng)膜光凝術(shù)的患者53例(106眼)進行研究,入組患者雙眼糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜病變程度一致,均選擇右眼為治療組,行MPRP;左眼為對照組,行PRP;每組53眼。激光治療后1 d、1周、1個月、3個月、6個月觀察視力、眼壓、散瞳彩色眼底照相及光學(xué)相干斷層掃描,激光治療后3個月、6個月時增加FFA檢查,比較兩組療效及安全性。結(jié)果兩組患眼經(jīng)治療后,各時期最佳矯正視力比較差異均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(均為P0.05),但治療組視力平均值均高于對照組。治療組視網(wǎng)膜無灌注區(qū)消失、新生血管消退39眼(73.6%),有效率90.6%;對照組視網(wǎng)膜無灌注區(qū)消失、新生血管消退29眼(54.7%),有效率75.5%。兩組新生血管消退率及有效率差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(均為P0.05)。結(jié)論 MPRP治療糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜病變安全有效,療效優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)PRP。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the efficacy and safety of modified total retinal photocoagulation (modified panretinal photocoagulation, MPRP) and traditional retinal photocoagulation (panretinal photocoagulation, PRP) in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy. Methods the clinical case control study was used. The ophthalmic fundus fluorescein in our hospital from October 2013 to January 2017 was compared. 53 cases (106 eyes) of patients with severe non proliferative diabetic retinopathy (severe nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy, NPDR) or mild proliferative diabetic retinopathy (proliferative diabetic retinopathy, PDR) were diagnosed with severe non proliferative diabetic retinopathy (proliferative diabetic retinopathy, PDR).
