【摘要】：目的:觀察免疫2號(hào)顆粒聯(lián)合高效抗逆轉(zhuǎn)錄病毒治療(HAART)對(duì)46例艾滋病免疫功能重建不全患者人外周血中TLR相關(guān)基因m RNA水平的影響,初步探索該療法對(duì)機(jī)體免疫調(diào)節(jié)的作用機(jī)制。方法:隨機(jī)雙盲安慰劑對(duì)照研究,治療組23例采用HAART+免疫2號(hào)顆粒,對(duì)照組23例采用HAART+免疫2號(hào)顆粒模擬劑,觀察時(shí)間1年。觀察指標(biāo)包括CD_4~+T淋巴細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)、TLR1、TLR9。結(jié)果:治療后,兩組CD_4~+T淋巴細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)均上升,治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,但組間比較差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;治療組TLR1上升,ΔCT增加2.13±2.96,對(duì)照組ΔCT基本持平,兩組療后與療前差值比較有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.046);治療組TLR9上升,ΔCT增加1.66±2.96,對(duì)照組ΔCT值略有下降,兩組療后與療前差值比較有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.04)。結(jié)論:中藥免疫2號(hào)顆粒聯(lián)合HAART治療可上調(diào)艾滋病免疫功能重建不全患者TLR1、TLR9表達(dá),初步體現(xiàn)中醫(yī)藥干預(yù)對(duì)提升CD_4~+T淋巴細(xì)胞以外免疫調(diào)節(jié)的作用機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of immuno 2 granule combined with highly active antiretroviral therapy (HAART) on the level of TLR related gene m RNA in peripheral blood of 46 AIDS patients with incomplete immune function reconstruction. To explore the mechanism of this therapy on immune regulation. Methods: a randomized double-blind placebo control study was conducted in which 23 patients in the treatment group were treated with HAART immunized granule 2 and 23 patients in the control group were treated with HAART immunized granule 2 for one year. The observed indexes included CD4 ~ T lymphocyte count TLR1 and TLR9. Results: after treatment, the number of CD4T lymphocytes increased in both groups, the treatment group was superior to the control group, but there was no significant difference between the two groups, the TLR1 increased 2.13 鹵2.96 in the treatment group, and the 螖 CT in the control group was basically unchanged. The difference between the two groups after treatment and before treatment was statistically significant, the TLR9 of the treatment group increased, 螖 CT increased by 1.66 鹵2.96, the value of 螖 CT in the control group decreased slightly, and the difference between the two groups after treatment and before treatment was statistically significant. Conclusion: traditional Chinese medicine immunotherapy combined with HAART can upregulate the expression of TLR1 and TLR9 in patients with AIDS-induced immune dysfunction, which indicates the mechanism of Chinese medicine intervention in enhancing the immune regulation of CD4T lymphocytes outside of CD4T lymphocytes.
