【摘要】:目的:調(diào)查和分析昆明主城區(qū)氣傳花粉的種類、數(shù)量和分布規(guī)律,確定主要?dú)鈧髦旅艋ǚ鄯N屬。建立昆明主要?dú)鈧髦旅艋ǚ廴諝v和花粉與氣象關(guān)系預(yù)測模型,預(yù)測致敏花粉種類、起止日期及高峰期,為花粉癥的病因預(yù)防和免疫治療提供依據(jù)。方法:采用重力沉降法曝片調(diào)查昆明主城區(qū)2009.12.1~2010.11.30和2014.04.22~2014.8.17氣傳花粉并在光學(xué)顯微鏡下進(jìn)行花粉鑒定計(jì)數(shù),統(tǒng)計(jì)各時(shí)間段花粉的種類、數(shù)量及分布規(guī)律,同時(shí)收集同期變應(yīng)原皮內(nèi)試驗(yàn)(allergen intradermal tests, AIT)陽性的變應(yīng)性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis AR)患者人數(shù)及氣象資料;查閱資料獲得1986.12.1~1987.11.30的氣傳花粉飄散數(shù)據(jù),以此作為新舊對(duì)比;以2009.12.1~2010.11.30氣傳花粉飄散數(shù)據(jù)為主進(jìn)行分析,2014.04.22~2014.8.17作為檢驗(yàn),采用相關(guān)分析方法分析氣傳花粉數(shù)、AIT陽性的AR人數(shù)與氣象要素的關(guān)系,根據(jù)各種花粉的季節(jié)分布規(guī)律及生物學(xué)特征,建立昆明主城區(qū)主要?dú)鈧髦旅艋ǚ廴諝v。結(jié)合生物、氣象、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)等分析方法建立昆明主城區(qū)主要?dú)鈧髦旅艋ǚ、AIT陽性的AR人數(shù)的氣象預(yù)測模型。結(jié)果:2009~2010年曝片共60個(gè)花粉種屬26147個(gè)花粉粒;全年氣傳花粉呈現(xiàn)2次高峰,分別為2-4月和9-10月;與20年前相比,花粉種類新增26個(gè)種屬,減少12個(gè)種屬,飄散高峰期20年前后一致,都為春、秋兩季。經(jīng)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析昆明氣傳花粉數(shù)、AIT陽性的AR人數(shù)與氣象關(guān)系密切;昆明主城區(qū)主要?dú)鈧髦旅艋ǚ塾?9個(gè)種屬;按各種屬花粉所占比例多少排序確定昆明主城區(qū)主要?dú)鈧髦旅艋ǚ鬯、旱冬瓜、豆科、柏科、大麻薇草、胡桃、藜、蒿、楊屬、薔薇、禾本科、桑12個(gè)種屬作為預(yù)報(bào)花粉。結(jié)論:確定了昆明主城區(qū)的氣傳花粉分布規(guī)律;得出了氣傳花粉數(shù)、AIT陽性的AR人數(shù)與氣象條件關(guān)系密切;建立了12種主要?dú)鈧髦旅艋ǚ鄣幕ǚ廴諝v;初步建立了氣象條件與氣傳花粉粒數(shù)、AIT陽性的AR人數(shù)的預(yù)測模型;為氣傳致敏花粉預(yù)報(bào)找到了一定的方法,為花粉癥的病因預(yù)防和免疫治療提供了依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate and analyze the species, quantity and distribution of airborne pollen in Kunming. In order to provide evidence for etiological prevention and immunotherapy of pollinosis, a forecast model of the relationship between pollen and pollen was established in Kunming, and the types, dates and peak periods of pollen allergies were predicted. Methods: the airborne pollen was investigated by gravity sedimentation method in the main urban area of Kunming on November 30, 2010, and April 22, 2014, and counted under optical microscope. The species, quantity and distribution of pollen in each period of time were counted. At the same time, the number and meteorological data of allergic rhinitis ARA with allergen intradermal tests, AIT) positive in the same period of allergen test were collected, and the airborne pollen dispersion data of 1986.12.1and 1987.11.30 were obtained as a comparison between the old and the new. Based on the data of airborne pollen floatation on November 30, 2009.12 / 1 / 2010, the correlation analysis method was used to analyze the relationship between the number of AIT positive AR numbers and meteorological factors, and according to the seasonal distribution and biological characteristics of all kinds of pollen, the correlation analysis method was used to analyze the relationship between the number of AIT positive AR numbers and meteorological elements, according to the seasonal distribution and biological characteristics of all kinds of pollen. Results from 2009 to 2010, there were 26147 pollen grains in 60 pollen species, and there were two peaks of airborne pollen in the whole year, which were from February to April and from September to October. Compared with 20 years ago, the pollen species increased by 26 species and decreased by 12 species and genera. Floating peak period of 20 years consistent, are spring, autumn two seasons. The number of AIT positive AR in the number of airborne pollen in Kunming is closely related to meteorology, there are 19 species and genera of the main airborne pollen in the main urban area of Kunming, and according to the proportion of the pollen of various genera, it is determined that the main air-induced pollen pine in the main urban area of Kunming. Winter melon, legume, cypress, hemp, walnut, quinoa, artemisia, poplar, rose, Gramineae, mulberry 12 species as forecast pollen. Conclusion: the distribution rule of airborne pollen in the main urban area of Kunming was determined, and the relationship between the number of AIT positive AR and meteorological conditions was obtained, and the pollen calendar of 12 kinds of main airborne pollen sensitized pollen was established. The prediction model of meteorological conditions and AIT positive AR number of airborne pollen grains was established preliminarily, and a certain method was found for the prediction of airborne sensitized pollen, which provided a basis for the etiological prevention and immunotherapy of pollinosis.
