【摘要】：目的:評(píng)價(jià)降濁定痛方聯(lián)合小劑量秋水仙堿對(duì)痛風(fēng)急性發(fā)作期患者的療效。方法:將150例痛風(fēng)患者隨機(jī)分為治療組(75例)與對(duì)照組(75例),分別口服降濁定痛方煎劑聯(lián)合小劑量秋水仙堿及單藥秋水仙堿,所有患者均口服碳酸氫鈉片,療程14天。觀察患者癥狀嚴(yán)重程度積分、藥物總有效率、血生化指標(biāo)、以及血尿酸(BUA)、谷丙轉(zhuǎn)氨酶(ALT)和血脂水平,并比較兩藥不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率。結(jié)果:與本組治療前相比,兩組癥狀嚴(yán)重程度積分均明顯降低;兩組藥物總有效率無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異;治療2周后,兩組患者血白細(xì)胞總數(shù)、中性粒細(xì)胞分類、血沉、CRP含量在治療后均明顯降低;但治療組血尿酸、谷丙轉(zhuǎn)氨酶、總膽固醇、甘油三脂顯著降低,對(duì)照組在治療后則無明顯改善;與對(duì)照組比較,治療組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率率顯著降低。結(jié)論:降濁定痛方聯(lián)合小劑量秋水仙堿治療對(duì)控制痛風(fēng)患者急性期炎癥狀,療效與秋水仙堿相當(dāng),但同時(shí)具有降血尿酸、降脂、保肝,安全性高的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the curative effect of Jiangzhuodingtong decoction combined with low dose colchicine on patients with acute attack of gout. Methods: 150 patients with gout were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 75) and control group (n = 75). They were treated with Jiangzhuodingtong decoction combined with low-dose colchicine and single-drug colchicine respectively. All patients were treated with sodium bicarbonate for 14 days. The symptom severity score, total effective rate, blood biochemical index, serum uric acid BUAA, alt and serum lipids were observed, and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two drugs was compared. Results: compared with before treatment, the scores of symptom severity in the two groups were significantly decreased, there was no statistical difference in the total effective rate between the two groups, and after 2 weeks of treatment, the total number of white blood cells and neutrophils in the two groups were classified. The content of ESR CRP decreased significantly after treatment, but the serum uric acid, alanine aminotransferase, total cholesterol, triglyceride decreased significantly in the treatment group, but there was no significant improvement in the control group. The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the treatment group was significantly decreased. Conclusion: Jiangzhuodingtong prescription combined with low dose colchicine can control the symptoms of acute phlogistic in patients with gout. The curative effect is similar to that of colchicine, but it has the advantages of reducing blood uric acid, lowering fat, protecting liver and high safety.
