【摘要】：目的:觀察、評價中藥復(fù)方益糖康從甘油三酯(TG)分層角度對并有糖調(diào)節(jié)受損(IGR)痰熱互結(jié)型代謝綜合征(MS)的臨床研究。方法:選取2007年12月—2010年12月遼寧中醫(yī)藥大學、遼寧省中醫(yī)藥研究院、山東中醫(yī)藥大學附屬醫(yī)院、北京中醫(yī)藥大學東直門醫(yī)院以及遼陽糖尿病�？漆t(yī)院5個中心收治的并痰熱互結(jié)型MS患者165例,采用多中心、隨機、雙盲、安慰劑對照的設(shè)計原則,試驗組予綜合治療并口服益糖康,對照組予綜合治療并口服安慰劑,療程為12周,治療前后分別檢測兩組2h PG、Hb A1c、TC、TG、BMI、收縮壓、舒張壓。結(jié)果:益糖康可降低患者2h PG、TC、TG、BMI、收縮壓、舒張壓,且療效均優(yōu)于對照組。以TG分層角度分析,當TG正常時,益糖康可降低患者的2h PG、BMI、收縮壓、舒張壓及LDL-C,當TG高時,益糖康可降低患者的BMI、收縮壓、舒張壓。結(jié)論:益糖康可改善并痰熱互結(jié)型MS的治療前患者2h PG、TC、TG、BMI、收縮壓、舒張壓,并對不同的TG分層有不同的作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe and evaluate the clinical study of the Chinese medicine compound Yi Tang Kang (TG) from the triglyceride (TG) stratification angle and the impaired glucose regulation (IGR) phlegm interbed metabolic syndrome (MS). Methods: to select the Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2007 to December 2010, the hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in Liaoning, the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and the east of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine. 165 cases of MS patients with phlegm heat intercourse were treated in 5 centers of direct gate hospital and Liaoyang diabetes specialist hospital. The design principle of multi center, random, double blindness and placebo control was adopted. The experimental group was treated with comprehensive treatment and Yiu Kang. The control group was treated with a comprehensive treatment and took a placebo for 12 weeks. Two groups of 2H PG, Hb A before and after treatment were detected respectively. 1C, TC, TG, BMI, systolic pressure, diastolic pressure. Results: Yi Tang Kang can reduce the patients 2H PG, TC, TG, BMI, systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and the effect is better than the control group. When TG stratified angle analysis, when TG normal, the benefit sugar Kang can reduce the patient's 2h, systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and decrease the patient's pressure, systolic pressure, diastolic pressure. Conclusion: Yi Tang Kang can improve the 2H PG, TC, TG, BMI, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure before treatment of MS with phlegm heat mutual type, and has different effects on different TG stratification.
