【摘要】：目的探索哈爾濱市中青年男性職業(yè)人群空腹血糖(FPG)與高尿酸血癥的關(guān)系。方法對1 477名年齡20~59歲的哈爾濱市某國企男性人群進(jìn)行體檢,測量FPG、血尿酸。采用Spearman分析評價(jià)年齡、FPG與血尿酸水平相關(guān)性。結(jié)果高尿酸血癥患病率為28.4%。在全部男性體檢人群中,血尿酸300μmol/L~420μmol/L組所占比例最高(57.6%)。年齡30歲~44歲及FPG 5.3mmol/L~7.0mmol/L,高尿酸血癥患病率較高。FPG與血尿酸水平、高尿酸血癥患病率的關(guān)系大致呈倒U型。在FPG 5.6mmol/L~6.1mmol/L范圍血尿酸達(dá)到最高水平,在FPG 6.1mmol/L~7.0mmol/L范圍達(dá)到高尿酸血癥患病率最高點(diǎn)。結(jié)論哈爾濱市中青年男性職業(yè)人群FPG與高尿酸血癥大致呈倒U型關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the relationship between fasting blood glucose (FPG) and hyperuricemia in young and middle-aged male occupational population in Harbin. Methods A total of 1 477 male population aged 20 to 59 years old in Harbin were examined by physical examination, and blood uric acid (uric acid) was measured. Spearman analysis was used to evaluate the correlation between age and serum uric acid level. Results the prevalence of hyperuricemia was 28.4%. The proportion of blood uric acid 300 渭 mol/L~420 渭 mol/L group was the highest (57.6%). The prevalence rate of hyperuricemia was higher than that of FPG 5.3mmol / L 7.0mmol / L, and the relationship between the prevalence rate of hyperuricemia and serum uric acid level, the prevalence of hyperuricemia was approximately inverted U type. The highest level of serum uric acid was found in FPG 5.6mmol/L~6.1mmol/L and the highest prevalence rate of hyperuricemia in FPG 6.1mmol/L~7.0mmol/L. Conclusion the relationship between FPG and hyperuricemia in middle and young male occupational population in Harbin is inversely U-shaped.
